Rules and Regulations
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING: The “Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by MovieTickets.com, Inc. (together with its divisions, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, agents and employees, “Sponsor”), having its principal place of business at 2255 Glades Road, Suite 100E, Boca Raton, Florida 33431. The Sweepstakes entry period begins on August 31, 2015, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 13, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. ET (such period, the “Entry Period”). Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation (“Fox”) is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Sweepstakes or the selection of winners. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.

How to Enter/Odds: To enter the Sweepstakes visit http://www.movietickets.com/contests/contest_default.asp?cid=10144 (the “Sweepstakes Site”) during the Entry Period. The Sweepstakes Site’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. All of the Sweepstakes information will be posted at the Sweepstakes Site throughout the Entry Period. To enter, each entrant will be asked to complete and submit an official entry form, which may require, among other things, his/her name, e-mail address, gender, date of birth and related registration information as prompted (the “Official Entry Form”). A random drawing from all eligible entries will take place following the conclusion of the Entry Period. Entrants may enter only once during the Entry Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person and/or per email address and/or per household. Duplicate entries from the same person and/or e-mail address and/or household will be automatically eliminated. Where a dispute arises about who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account attributed to the applicable entry. If such a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period. Any Official Entry Forms received after the end of the Entry Period, will not be included in the drawing and shall be disregarded. The above-noted Entry Period deadline is final.

Many will enter, one (1) will win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to any individual who, as of the beginning of the Entry Period (a) is a legal resident of the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) (the “Eligibility Area”); (b) is twenty-one (21) years of age or older; (c) has access to the Internet; and (d) is a registered user of MovieTickets.com. Sponsor, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and advertising agencies , and each of their employees, officers, directors and agents (and their immediate families and household members regardless of where they live, or members of the same households (whether related or not)) (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Providers”), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prize. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize for two (2) adults (winner and guest) consists of: (a) roundtrip flights from winner’s nearest US airport to Albuquerque, New Mexico; (b) return airport transfers in Albuquerque; (c) 3 nights’ accommodation in Albuquerque, based on sharing a double/twin room; (d) wilderness survival training in “The Waste”; and (e) a private helicopter toiur. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,850.00.

At least 1 person travelling must be over the age of 21. Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing 1 room. A valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee incidentals on check in. Prize does not include travel to and from the departure airport, personal expenses, incidentals, or food and drink unless otherwise stated. All elements of the prize are subject to availability. If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered. Once confirmed, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash alternative is available; all travellers will require photo ID approved for travel. Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter Sunday or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed with that time. If guest of winner is under 18, winner must be the parent/legal guardian of guest.

All prizes set forth herein are subject to certain restrictions and qualifications of the Sweepstakes Providers. Except where otherwise expressly noted in these rules and regulations, the selection of all vendors, prizes, products and services is subject to the Sweepstakes Providers’ sole and absolute discretion. Prizes (and/or any portion thereof) are nontransferable and non-exchangeable. No substitutions or cash redemption of prizes are permitted except that MovieTickets.com’s and Sweepstakes Providers retain the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value for any reason. All prizes set forth herein are subject to certain restrictions and qualifications of the Sweepstakes Providers. All taxes (and the reporting consequences thereof) and any other fees or costs associated with the prizes described above are the sole responsibility of the winners.
