I have personally been with AT&T for 7 years and I have to tell you that I LOVE THEM!  They have so much to offer.  I live out in the country where internet is hard to find.  All I do is, take my cell phone through AT&T Wireless and turn on the HotSpot.  I then get right on my laptop to connect to the internet.  My Cell phone acts as a wi-fi router.  I cannot get that anywhere else without all the extra huge charges.

First make sure you purchase the qualifying device online on a Next Installment Plan

You will then receive an order confirmation email with instructions and Promotion information, which includes a single-use promotion codes that can be used for online fulfillment

· To fulfill online, you will then go to the AT&T Buyback Program site and search and select the device that you are trading.

· Make sure that you answer ‘Yes’ to each question to be eligible for the promotion.  If the questions are a yes answer of course. 😉

· You will then enter your IMEI of the device you are wanting to get a buy back on and your mobile phone number (BAU)

· Then, you will not want to forget to enter the Promotion Code to receive enhanced values, completes transaction BAU

· You will then be sent packaging material and shipping label to send in your device (no charge for material or shipping)

· You will then send in the device and your promotion card will arrive to you in 2-3 weeks after receipt

 

OR you can also go to a COR Store or Dealer Location, give the sales rep the promotion code (or IMEI and purchase confirmation) and conduct the Buyback transaction.

No. However in order for the customer to qualify for the promotional values the customer must purchase a qualifying Samsung device on an AT&T Next Installment agreement.

Can a customer signing an AT&T Next Installment agreement use more than one Buyback device?

No. Only one promotion credit given per qualifying device purchased on an AT&T Next Installment agreement.

Does this promotion require customers to sign an AT&T Next Installment agreement?

Yes. This promotion is available to customers activating or upgrading on an AT&T Next Installment agreement purchasing a qualifying device.

What happens if the normal buyback value is greater than the promotional value?

The customer will always receive whichever value is greater.
