Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sweepstakesis sponsored by Wild Oats Foods, LLC, 4500 Westgrove Road, Suite 222, Addison,TX 75001 (“Wild Oats” or “Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility: The Wild Oats Declare Your Independence from High-Priced Organics Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to natural persons, age 18 and older as of the date of entry, who are U.S.citizens or non-U.S. citizens visiting the U.S. on an eligible work or student visa. Employees, independent contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor,its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising promotion and fulfillment agencies,legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.Void where prohibited by law.

2. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins July 13 at 12:00 a.m. PST/ 2:00 a.m. ET and ends July 31 at 11:59 p.m. PST/ 1:59 a.m. ET(“Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, visit the Wild Oats page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/wildoatsmarkets)and click on the page tab for the Declare Your Independence from High-Priced Organics Sweepstakes, then complete and submit the entry form. (While writing a reason for wanting affordable organics is required, your opinion will not be judged or otherwise affect your chances of winning as long as it is coherent and doesn’t contain profane language.) All sweepstakes entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on July 31,2015. Only one (1) entry per person/e-mail address. After entering, you will be given the opportunity to invite your friends on Facebook and Twitter to enter. For each friend that enters the Sweepstakes after clicking through from your link, you will receive five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes. 4. Winner Selection: A random drawing by a third-party will be drawn around August 1, 2015 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. You need not be present to win. Potential winner will be notified by email. Wild Oats Foods, LLC is not responsible for and shall not be held liablefor late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify potential winner. Potential winner will be required to sign and return a liability release and/or declaration or affidavit of eligibility as a condition of receiving prize. If a selected winner fails to claim a prize or to complete and execute any declaration/affidavit or release as required within five (5)calendar days of mailing of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By accepting and/or using the prize, winner agrees to the use of the winner’s name, voice or likeness for the purposes of trade,advertising, or promotion without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

5. One (1) Prize: A Wild Oats Marketplacethemed prize pack, and a $100 Walmart Gift Card. Approximate retail value: $200.00. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is nontransferable. All federal, state and/orlocal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
