I was given the chance to review a 90 count bottle of fast dissolving Melatonin from NATROL.  I decided to let my husband try, because he has a very hard time getting to sleep at night.  The Fast dissolve taste great and the bottle that he tried was Strawberry Flavored.   I noticed that the first night that he tried it, he was asleep within the hour.  Normally it takes him much longer to get to sleep.  As a matter of a fact, he is normally laying in bed all night until around 2 AM before he falls asleep.

My husband says that what he likes most about using this Melatonin is that he can get up in the morning and he is not feeling drowsy.  He said that he never woke up through the night taking this.  He feels so much better all throughout the day and not tired anymore.  He is noticing that he is taking fewer naps than he was before starting Melatonin Fast Dissolve.

Not only does my husband notice a difference, but I am also noticing a huge difference.  He is no longer keeping me awake from him not being able to sleep.  Before, he would sigh and talk out loud while I was trying to sleep.  He would tell me “Sigh… I can’t get to sleep!”  That was annoying to me as it kept me awake or would wake me up after I was already sleeping.  This is a huge plus for our home.  I am no longer getting upset with him for keeping me awake and he feels better all the way around.  I definitely recommend this product to others.  Not only does it help the person taking it, but it helps other family members not having to hear and witness grouchiness throughout the day from the person that lacks sleep at night.  A win-win for all!
