1. OVERVIEW

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN; a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Hyland’s (the “Sponsor”) invites you to participate in its “Made to Matter” Sweepstakes, which runs April 6, 2015 through April 13, 2015. Those who enter will have a chance to win one of three Made to Matter Gift Baskets. To enter, simply visit Hyland’s website at http://www.hylands.com/brands-made-to-matter-giveaway and follow the entry submission instructions provided.

2. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

The sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in the 50 U.S. States (including the District of Columbia) and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, or their affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

All Entries must be submitted between 9:00 a.m. U.S. Pacific Time (“PT) on Monday, April 6, 2015, and 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, April 13, 2015. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on April 13, 2015. Sponsor will maintain the official time clock for the promotion.

Limit one (1) prize per person. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Any and all guarantees and warranties for prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s and/or service providers terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers and/or service providers for any warranty or guarantee claim. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of the same or greater approximate retail value. For prizes $600 or more in value, winner’s social security number or taxpayer identification number will be required in order to issue a Form 1099-MISC showing prize ARV as income to winner. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein related to any prize, including but not limited to delivery, installation, service activation fees, and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize will be fulfilled within six weeks of the drawing.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Three (3) winners will be determined via random drawings on or about April 14, 2015 from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted in accordance with the Official Rules by Sponsor/Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters related to the sweepstakes are binding and final. Winners shall be notified via email at the email address provided within 48 hours of the drawing. Winners will have seven (7) days from the date of winner notification to acknowledge receipt of the winner notification. If the prize is not claimed within the seven (7) days, an alternate prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, and the original prize winner will forfeit all rights and have no further rights to any prize nor any claims against.

Sponsor. Affidavit of eligibility, prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required and, if so, must be returned within reasonable specified time or prize will be forfeited and alternate winner chosen. Return of prize or winner notification as undeliverable, failure to respond to winner notification, failure to reach the winner, and/or failure to provide any required proof of eligibility and/or release(s) in a timely manner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner via a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
