PROMOTION PERIOD . The SoCozy Stylers Fan Program March – April Promotion (this “Promotion”) begins on March 23, 2015 at 12:01:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on April 30, 2015 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”).

1. SPONSOR AND OPERATOR . The sponsor of this Promotion is SoCozy, 444 Madison Avenue, Suite 601, New York, NY 10022 (“Sponsor”). The administrator of this Promotion is SocialToaster Inc., 1101 East 33rd Street, Suite B304, Baltimore, MD 21218 (“Administrator”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY. This Promotion is open only to registered members of Sponsor’s SoCozy Stylers Program (the “Fan Program”), who are legal residents of the fifty United States, or Washington, D.C., and who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Registration in the Fan Program is free. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, [Administrator,] and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, sales representatives, printers or the agencies or contractors of any of the above organizations, including any entities engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members and/or persons living in the household of such employees, are not eligible to enter this Promotion or win a prize. 3. HOW TO ENTER. Entrants who join the Fan Program during the Promotion Period earn 50 points for enrolling in the Fan Program. During the Promotion Period, registered members of Sponsor’s SoCozy Stylers Program will receive one or more emails from Sponsor inviting members to share Sponsor content included in the email/s (“Official Content”). Entrants can earn the amount of points identified in the chart below by sharing Official Content via the SocialToaster® application or taking one or more other actions as described below on one or more of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube social sharing sites (the “Approved Platforms”).
