Official Sweepstakes Rules, and participation requirements. No Purchase or Fee Necessary to Enter. Void where prohibited. Entries will be accepted starting on the first day of each month in the calendar year at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ending on the last day of each calendar month at 11:59 p.m. EST.

 

Entry.
The Sweepstakes may be entered by completing an online entry form which can be reached by clicking here. In order for an entry to be eligible for the Prize draw it must be complete and accurate. By entering the Sweepstakes you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that you have read and comply with the Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only one entry per person is permitted. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates the Official Rules, and to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to (i) multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; (ii) multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or (iii) the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Prizes.
One Prize will be awarded at the end of the Sweepstakes. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $1500. The Prize shall consist of one (1) Visa, MasterCard or American Express Gift Card (“Prize”). Your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Any and all Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No transfer, cash equivalent or substitution of the Prize is permitted. Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner selection and notification.
There will be one (1) winner selected at a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The date of the drawing will be the same as the Sweepstakes end date. Your chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via e-mail at the e-mail address listed on his or her online entry form within five (5) days following the winner selection. By entering the Sweepstakes you consent to such notification. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notice of winning if such failure is due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail setting or other security settings that prevents a winner from receiving their winner notification email, or to winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, or fail to claim the prize within 15 days from the time winner notification is sent, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may or may not be selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
