I spread kindness by paying it forward by buying someone their groceries, by letting someone with fewer items than me go in front of me in a store line, I send out words of encouragement cards, fix extra dinner or bake a dessert and send it to another family, listen to people when I and talking with them or email and they just hint at some things that they like and I keep a list of that and somewhere in their future they receive it, like to just brighten up someone day, with a call, a card, a letter or a trinket to let them know that they are greatly loved and appreciated.
