Tiger Butter Candy
Another Simple, Tasty Recipe found over at The Binder Ladies. She says that this is, hands down, one of the most popular, and EASY candy recipes you’ll ever make. I tried it and I have to say, that if you like the three ingredients then you will love these. With only 3 ingredients, it takes on an entirely new flavor when you combine them. Expect the unexpected with this candy….and expect to make multiple batches, after you’ve tasted it, too!
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
Melt (on stove or microwave) milk chocolate in a larger bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, melt white chocolate. Set aside. In another bowl, melt peanut butter until just smooth. Pour peanut butter into white chocolate. DO NOT STIR. Pour white chocolate/peanut butter mixture into milk chocolate bowl. DO NOT STIR. Line cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper or aluminum foil. Pour mixture (white/milk and peanut butter) onto cookie sheet. Use a toothpick or knife to create swirls and spread the mixtures. Place cookie sheet in freezer for 1 hour, or until hard. Break off into pieces and serve!
*This is best served frozen or cold.
