This recipe was absolutely amazing! I had taken a gander at a few chick-fil-a copy cat recipes and a few yummy looking recipes from Pinterest (darn! That addiction…) when I came up with this. I will say if you want a spicier version or a Cajun version be sure to add 3TBSP creole seasoning and 2TSP of cayenne pepper. I like spicy but not everyone I cook for does so, this was not made spicy.
Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup pickle juice (sour dill is my favorite)
½ cup flour
1 TBSP powdered sugar
½ TSP paprika
½ TSP salt
¼ TSP black pepper
¼ TSP garlic powder
¼ TSP onion salt
¼ TSP basil

Thanks so much for your recipe on Baked Chicken. It looks terrific! What does the pickle juice do? Does it give the chicken a dill flavor? I’m not overly big dill flavoring type of person.
