1. How to Enter Online:
To enter the random drawing ‘Win an IPad from Fox Rent A Car’ (“Promotion”), log on to https://www.facebook.com/FoxRentACar (the “Website”), during the Promotion Period and LIKE our page and you will be automatically entered into the Promotion. Please complete all required registration fields for a chance to be entered in the Promotion. All online entries must include entrant’s own LIKE. You may enter one (1) time per calendar day during the Promotional Period. You may receive a bonus entry when a Facebook friend ‘likes’ the Fox Rent A Car page on Facebook.
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older, located in the U.S. at the time of entry, and who have had internet access prior to the first date of this Promotion. Do not enter this Promotion if you are not located in the U.S. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of FOX RENT A CAR (“Sponsor”), or any co-sponsor of this Promotion and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or refuse to post any entry at any time in the sole discretion of Sponsor. This drawing is void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00pm. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on August 1, 2014 and ends at 6:00p.m. PST on August 31, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. Random Drawings: The random drawings will take place on September 15, 2014.
All decisions in the selection of the winner are final on all matters relating to this Promotion.
5. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) & Odds:
ONE (1) grand prize winner will be awarded ONE iPad, 16GB, Wi-Fi based unit in black valued at $499, Prize will be awarded entirely at random from the entries received during the Promotion Period. FOX RENT A CAR Total ARV for this sweepstakes is $499 USD – total.
No substitutions, cash redemptions or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Arrangements for delivery of prizes will be performed after winner validation. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email, private message on Facebook or telephone. If potential winner cannot be reached within one (1) calendar day from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
