Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Essentia Water Perfect Summer Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees of Essentia Water, Inc. and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on or about 7:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 2, 2014 and ends at Midnight PT on August 31, 2014 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor (or its authorized representative’s) computers/server will be the official time keeping device for all matters related to the Promotion. All time referenced is Pacific Time.

3. SPONSOR: Essentia Water, LLC., 22833 Bothell-Everett HWY, SUITE 220, Bothell, WA 98020.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, go to the Essentia Water Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/EssentiaWater, click on the Perfect Summer Giveaway, and follow the online instructions to complete the sweepstakes entry form. Entrants are not required to: (a) purchase goods or services, (b) pay any money, or (c) submit to a sales promotion, to be eligible for the Promotion. All required steps specified herein and on the Site is referred to as the “Entry.” Once the Entry is completed and submitted as directed by the online instructions, you will receive one (1) Entry in to the Promotion. Following entry, you will be given the opportunity to share the Promotion with your friends and earn additional entries. One additional entry will be given for each referral who completes an entry into the Promotion. Entrants are limited to one (1) entry of their own submission and an unlimited number of referral entries.

5. DRAWING: Each week during the Promotion, a random drawing will be held by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) to select potential daily prize winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Within one week following the end of the Promotion, a random drawing will be held by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) to select a potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. PRIZE, ODDS and NOTIFICATION: One Grand Prize consisting of a Riviera Stand Up Paddle Board and a case of Essentia Water ($1000.00) and beginning July 4, 2014, Sixty Daily Prizes (60) consisting of five (5) bottles of Essentia Water ($10.00) and one (1) Jetflow Hydration Pack ($55.00). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes $4,900.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. In no event will Sponsor be responsible for awarding more than the stated number of prizes. Winners will be notified by Essentia Water, Inc. via email and must respond within twenty-four hours to claim their prize and provide their name and mailing address. If the Winner fails to respond within twenty-four hours the Winner will forfeit the prize and prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winners may be required to present proof of identification prior to claiming prize and complete an affidavit of eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. All prizes will be shipped within eight (8) weeks of winners claiming their prize.
