1. ELIGIBILITY. The “90 Days of Summer Dreams Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes” (the
“Promotion”) is only open to eligible “Entrants” who, as of the entry date, are physically located in and permanent
legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Colombia, United States Territories and Possessions or
overseas military installations (“Promotion Territory”) who have reached the age of majority in Entrant’s
jurisdiction of residence. The Promotion is void outside the Promotion Territory and where prohibited or restricted
by law. Employees, officers and directors of Melting Pot Foods, LLC (“Sponsor”), Prize Logic, LLC
(“Administrator”), Hormel Foods Sales, LLC, JT Mega Food Marketing and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates
(including, without limitation, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (“Promotion Entities”), and the
immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or
members of the same household [whether related or not] of each such employee, officer and director), are not
eligible to enter. The Promotion, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing
only within the eligible Promotion territory, and Entrants must be present in the eligible Promotion Territory at the
time they enter. For purposes of the Promotion, an Entrant’s telephone number, residential address and e-mail
address will be the telephone number, physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants
will not be allowed to change their telephone number or e-mail address. Entrants may be required to provide proof
of identification and eligibility if requested by Sponsor or Administrator.

2. TIMING. The Promotion begins on June 20, 2014 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on
September 17, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official Promotion clock.

3. HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, an Entrant must enter the Promotion by logging on to
Facebook at facebook.com/dilussodeli (the “Page”) and “Like” the Page if he/she does not already “Like” the Page.
Then the Entrant must follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Promotion by providing enter his/her valid
e-mail address associated with his/her Facebook account, his/her first and last name (initials are not permitted),
complete mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), city, state, Zip Code, date of birth, telephone number, and
affirmation he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. After registering for the Promotion, an
Entrant must follow the on-screen instructions to play the Instant Win Game (the “Game”) to receive one (1) game
play (individually, a “Game Play” and collectively, “Game Plays”). After completing a Game Play, a win or lose
message will appear indicating whether the Entrant is a potential “Game Prize Winner.” Potential Game Prize
Winners will receive an e-mail confirmation at the e-mail address submitted when registering for the Promotion that
may be used to claim the Prize as defined in Section 8 of these Official Rules.
