Eligibility
Tailgater Magazine’s “Summer Kickoff Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Game Time Media, LLC and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Upon entering this Sweepstakes entrants agree to waive any rights their state of residence may provide in regard to sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited by law.

Agreement to Official Sweepstakes Rules
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 23, 2014 at 8:00 AM EST and ends on June 27, 2014 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period using the following method: Online Entry Form.

How to Enter
Online Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, an entrant must visit the Sponsor’s website at www.tailgatermonthly.com (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and go to the “Summer Kickoff Sweepstake” web page on the website. To register and enter in the Sweepstakes, complete and submit the Online Entry Form with all of the required information. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per valid email address. Multiple online entries in excess of the stated limit will be void. Each person may use only one (1) email address to participate, and such email address may be used by only (1) one person regardless of whether the email address is shared by two or more people. Any person who uses more than one (1) email address to enter this sweepstakes may be disqualified and any prizes won may be forfeited, subject to the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Conditions of Entry
All entries become the property of Sponsor. Entries will be acknowledged with a confirmation email sent to the email address submitted on the Official Entry Form. Entrants assume all risk of late, misdirected, incomplete and/or illegible entry submissions. By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, winner agrees (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) to allow use of his or her name for advertising and/or publicity purposes, without time limitations and without further compensation, unless prohibited. Each entrant will receive the Sponsor’s complimentary enewsletter and digital issue of Tailgater Magazine via the email address the entrant provided and submitted on the Online Entry Form. The entrant may unsubscribe to the Sponsor’s enewsletter and/or the digital magazine at any time and unsubscribing will not affect the entrant’s chances or odds of winning a prize.
