ORIGINAL NATURAL STYLE BEEF JERKY
This is a classic. The apple cider vinegar marinade they use is genius, because it soaks in nicely, and gives way to the natural jerky taste. I eat this jerky like I always have since I was a kid – tearing strips off the pieces like string cheese. The beef is so nicely dried, that the jerky doesn’t fall apart when I tear it. YUM! This is what beef jerky should taste like.
BLACK PEPPER BEEF JERKY
I don’t have too many friends from my hometown that won’t claim this as their favorite. The Black Pepper is probably the best jerky that I’ve ever had from Cattaneo Bros. There’s a sweet punch of garlic in the mix, complimented by thick pebbles of black pepper that speckle each piece. Even with all of that flavor, the hearty beef essence shines through, making this jerky SUPER savory!
ORIGINAL BEEF STICK
These 100% beef sticks are really, really tasty. I love that they are moist – too many other brands are dry and flavorless. The seasoning on these sticks is perfect, too. Not too overwhelming, you’ll catch a little bit of the smokey taste, matched with the flavor of genuine lean beef. Great for everyday snacking, these are perfect to take with you on hikes or road trips, since they are individually packaged!
EXTRA CHOICE DRIED APRICOTS
100% fruit. That’s what you get with Cattaneo Bros. dried Apricots! These were super moist and bursting with sweet flavor! They would be great to eat on their own as a treat when you want to avoid sugar, or mix them in with some trail mix. These were gone within seconds of opening the package – and got 2 thumbs up from the guys!
Jerky isn’t their only specialty item that puts them on the map.
