How to Play:

Go to www.rolluptherimtowin.com or m.rolluptherimtowin.com (the “Website”) on your mobile device and click on the link to enter the RRRoll Up Roulette™ Online Contest. Supply your name, complete address, time zone, telephone number (including area code) and e-mail address (supplying your date of birth and salutation are optional) in accordance with the website directions and you will be registered to participate.

Each Day of the Regular Contest Period you will be eligible to play up to two spins; one (1) regular spin (“Regular Spin”) and one (1) 50th Anniversary Bonus spin (“50th Anniversary Bonus Spin” or “Bonus Spin”), each for the chance to be eligible to win an Instant Win Prize. For greater certainty, each player is awarded one (1) Bonus Spin with each Regular Spin.

Prizes are awarded online based on randomly seeded times during the Contest Period (see below for details). Points and Badges may also be earned with each Regular Spin (or Points may be earned by submitting an eligible Points Request, see below for details), however Points and Badges will not be awarded pursuant to a Bonus Spin. Entrants who earn 1,000 or more Points or 2,000 or more Points by the end of the Regular Contest Period will be entitled to one or two VIP spins (“VIP Spins”), respectively (see below for details). You can also obtain up to two (2) VIP Spins without playing Regular Spins by submitting up to two (2) eligible Points Requests, see below for details.

If a Regular Spin or Bonus Spin is not played by 11:59:59 p.m. (EST/EDT) on the applicable calendar Day, the entrant forfeits the opportunity to play such Regular Spin or Bonus Spin (as applicable).

VIP Spins can only be played during the VIP Contest Period. See below for further details.

Potential winners will be notified online and instructed as to how the prize can be claimed. All prizes must be claimed by 11:59:59 p.m. (EST/EDT) on May 18th, 2014 or the prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Potential winners who are Canadian residents must first answer correctly, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question to be administered online, before being declared a winner. Potential winners may also be required to complete and return prize claim documents for verification before being declared a winner. If a potential winner is an Eligible Minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign and return all such documents and the applicable prize will be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian who signed these prize claim documents (subject to compliance with these Contest Rules).

LIMIT OF ONE REGULAR SPIN AND ONE BONUS SPIN PER PERSON PER DAY DURING THE REGULAR CONTEST PERIOD. IF ELIGIBLE, LIMIT ONE OR TWO VIP SPINS, AS THE CASE MAY BE, PER PERSON DURING THE VIP CONTEST PERIOD. STANDARD MOBILE DEVICE CHARGES MAY APPLY.

If it is discovered that you attempted to surpass these limits, then at the discretion of the Sponsor, all of your Regular Spins/Bonus Spins/VIP Spins/Points/Badges may be void (as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion).

Eligibility:

The Contest is limited to all residents of Canada and the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Arizona, Hawaii, Florida, Alaska and Puerto Rico). Void in excluded states and where prohibited by law. To be eligible to claim a prize, claimant must be of age of majority within their jurisdiction of residence (for US residents: 19 in AL and NE and 18 in all other states/for Canadian residents: 19 in BC, NB, NL, NT, NS, NU and YT and 18 in all other provinces). To be eligible to play, entrants must be 13 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest Period. If an entrant is 13 years or older but less than the age of majority in his/her province, territory or state of residence, then such entrant shall be considered an eligible minor (“Eligible Minor”). If you are an Eligible Minor, if determined a winner, your parent or legal guardian must agree, on his/her own behalf and on your behalf, that each of you will be bound by these Contest Rules.

Employees of, members of the immediate family of, or those domiciled with an employee of Sponsor (as defined below), The TDL Group Corp., Tim Hortons USA Inc. or their affiliated or related companies, Tim Hortons franchisees, the consulting, advertising and promotion agencies of the Sponsor and the independent contest organization are not eligible to participate. Employees of Tim Hortons franchisees as described in this paragraph are limited to those employees who are providing services in any way to the Tim Hortons restaurant. “Immediate family” is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse of any of the foregoing.

Contest Period:

The “Regular Contest Period” start is February 17, 2014 and ends on March 16, 2014. The Regular Contest Period consists of twenty-eight (28) days. During the Regular Contest Period, each day will commence at 12:00:00 a.m. (EST/EDT) and close the same date at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST/EDT) (“Day”). March 19, 2014 (EST/EDT) is the “VIP Extra Day of Play”. The “VIP Contest Period” commences at 4:00:00 a.m. on March 19, 2014(EST/EDT) and closes the same date at 9:59:59 p.m. (EST/EDT). Collectively, the Regular Contest Period and the VIP Contest Period constitute the “Contest Period”.

Prizes Available:

The currency of all Tim Card prizes will be based on the winner’s country of residence. Residence shall be based on where the prize claimant normally resides as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

(A) “Instant Win Prizes’: There are four kinds:

$25.00 Tim Card®: There are five hundred and sixty (560) $25.00 Tim Card prizes available, twenty (20) available per Day. A Tim Card prize consists of one (1) x $25.00 Tim Card. Tim Card prizes must be accepted as awarded in the form solely decided upon by Sponsor. No interest will be paid on any Tim Card prize. Tim Cards carry their own terms and conditions (see back of Tim Card). (ARV = $25 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence).
Prestige Napoleon P500 Gourmet Grill: There are twenty-eight (28) Gourmet Grill prizes available, one (1) available per Day. (ARV $999 CAD/USD each before any applicable taxes and based on currency of winner’s residence). Some assembly of the grills is required and winners will be responsible for the assembly of their grill prize.
‘Free Coffee for a Year’: There are twenty-eight (28) free coffee for a year prizes available, one (1) available per Day. The Free Coffee for a Year consists of six (6) x one hundred dollar ($100.00) Tim Hortons Tim Cards (Total Value = $600.00) which allows each winner to purchase approximately one (1) Tim Hortons small (10 oz.) coffee (or equivalent value) each day for one (1) year. (ARV = $600 CAD ($600 USD) per Prize)
2014 Toyota Corolla Vehicle: There are two (2) Toyota Corolla Vehicle prizes available, that will be randomly seeded over the Regular Contest Period. (ARV = $26,000 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence).
(B) “VIP Prizes”: $25.00 Tim Card: There are one hundred and forty (140) $25 Tim Card VIP Prizes available that will be randomly seeded over the VIP Contest Period. Tim Card prizes must be accepted as awarded in the form solely decided upon by Sponsor. No interest will be paid on any Tim Card prize. Tim Cards carry their own terms and conditions (see back of Tim Card). (ARV=$25 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence)

(C) “VIP Grand Prize”: 2014 Toyota Corolla Vehicle: There is one (1) Toyota Corolla Vehicle prize available, which will be randomly seeded over the VIP Contest Period. (ARV = $26,000 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence).

LIMIT OF ONE (1) 2014 TOYOTA COROLLA VEHICLE PRIZE PER PERSON. For greater certainty, subject to this limit, you may be eligible to win more than one (1) Instant Win Prize and/or VIP Prize.

The currency of all prizes will be based on the winner’s country of residence. Residence shall be based on where the prize claimant normally resides as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Total ARV of all prizes: $140,272 CAD/USD.

Prizes are only as detailed above. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash. No substitutions or transfers of prizes by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.

All taxes on prizes are sole responsibility of winner. In order to receive the prize, winner may be required to complete prize claim documentation, including an Affidavit or Declaration & Release before being declared a winner. If winner is a U.S. resident, winner may be issued a 1099-MISC form for prizes with a retail value of US $600 or more.
