1. HOW TO ENTER: Game begins January 17, 2014, at 12:00:00 p.m. ET and ends February 14, 2014, at 11:59:59 a.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ENTER: 1) To enter the Game via text message, order any size Pepsi-Cola® fountain beverage at any participating Regal Hollywood location during the Promotion Period. You will receive your beverage in a specially marked promotional cup sleeve (“Promotional Cup Sleeve”), while supplies last. Look for a Game text message code (“Code”) printed on the Promotional Cup Sleeve. Specially marked Promotional Cup Sleeves are scheduled to be available at participating Regal Hollywood locations until February 14, 2014, or when supplies exhaust, whichever occurs first. Use your mobile phone to text the Code to 699376, during the Promotion Period, to receive one entry in the Game. Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to enter by text message. By participating, participants agree to receive up to three (3) reply text messages about the Game from Pepsi. Participants entering this Game via text message may incur a standard text message and data charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. After texting in the Code, you will receive a text message reply requesting your date of birth. If you are eligible to enter based on your date of birth, upon receipt of your text message, you will receive a reply message informing you instantly if you are a potential winner or not of an Instant Win Prize or Discount (as described in Rule 3, below). You may incur a standard text message charge (or data charges) from your wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable changes. You are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. 2) To enter online, visit http://www.PepsiSipLikeAStar.com (“Website”) during the Promotion Period and follow the online instructions to enter the Game. Upon completion of your entry, you will receive a notification on the Website informing you instantly if you are a potential winner or not of an Instant Win Prize or Discount (as described in Rule 3, below). Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. Every entry must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or game service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related e-mail or IP addresses may be blocked.

A “Day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at the following 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except the first day of the Promotion Period, in which case the first day is defined as beginning 12:00:00 p.m. ET and ending 11:59:59 p.m. ET of the same day and the last day of the Promotion Period in which case the last day is defined as beginning 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending 11:59:59 a.m. ET of the last day of the Promotion Period
