1) ELIGIBILITY: The Jamba Juice Healthy Habits Kickstart Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Jamba Juice Company (“Sponsor”), Haley Miranda Group, Inc. (“Administrator”), Hawaiian Airlines, Inc., Nintendo of America Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win. 2) TIMING: Promotion begins on 1/21/14 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 2/17/14 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion will consist of both an instant win game and a sweepstakes. The Promotion will be divided into twenty eight (28) daily periods (each, a “Daily Period”). For the purposes of this Promotion, a day is understood to begin at 12:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59 p.m. ET that same day.
