1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Ingo Money In Minutes Instant Win Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 15, 2014 and ends 11:59 p.m. PT on February 11, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Ingo Money, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Votigo, Inc. (“Administrator”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, local, provincial and municipal laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: During the Promotion Period, you may access the Promotion by visiting the Ingo Money Facebook® fan page at www.facebook.com/ingomoney (“Promotion Website”). To enter, from the Promotion Website, “Like” Ingo Money on Facebook (if you do not already), click on the Promotion link, complete and submit all required fields of the onscreen registration form and allow access to the Promotion application to see if you are an instant winner and to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize random drawing. If you are an instant winner (subject to verification), you will be notified on-screen. TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL ENTRIES INTO THE GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: Upon completion of your instant win play/entry into the Grand Prize random drawing, you may invite friends to enter the Promotion Website through the unique referral link presented to you via the Facebook and Twitter share buttons on the entry confirmation page. For each person you refer who successfully plays/registers for the Promotion through your unique referral link, you will receive an additional entry into the Grand Prize random drawing.
