1. ELIGIBILITY:
Game is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees of Just Born, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each. This game is sponsored by Just Born, Inc. 1300 Stefko Blvd., Bethlehem, PA. Void where prohibited.

2. HOW TO PLAY:
Go to mikeandike.com and follow the on-screen instructions to play the instant win game. This is an ongoing monthly promotion that will continue until termination by Sponsor. Sponsor will give 30 days notice of the termination date. You may play as often as you like, however, limit one prize per email / mailing address during any monthly promotion period. Each promotion period begins on the first day of each month at 12:00 AM (ET) and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59:59 PM (ET).

3. INSTANT WIN PRIZES:
(1,000) Prizes will be awarded per month throughout the promotion period. Winners will each receive a 1.8 oz. package of MIKE AND IKE® Brand Candy (Average Retail Value $0.79 ea.). Odds of winning depend upon the total number of persons who play.

4. TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE:
To claim an instant win prize, follow the on-screen instructions for claiming a prize. All claims are subject to verification. Materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If by reason of an error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

5. GENERAL:
No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prizes permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes. Neither Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies nor their employees will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
