OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Ultimate Wish Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 29, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 23, 2013. The computer clock of Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion. Times may vary by retail location and time zone where store is located.

ELIGIBILITY:The Promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees of Toys“R”Us – Delaware, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”) and employees of any Promotion Prize Providers, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: There are three (3) methods of entry available throughout the Promotion Period, as detailed below:
1. MICROSITE: To participate, guests will be directed to the sweepstakes landing page via www.Toysrus.com/sweeps during the promotion period. First time guests will enter in their valid Wish List Number. If the guest does not have a Wish List created, guests will have the opportunity to create a Wish List prior to entering the sweepstakes. They will then be taken to the registration page to complete. Once they complete the registration page, they will be taken to the interactive “slot machine” game. They will click to play the game. Instant win/lose message will be given to the guest. If the guest is a winner, they will be prompted to a page to claim their prize.
2. TEXT MESSAGE (SMS): Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Text the keyword “BEACHES” to the short code “78697” in order to be directed to the registration page. If you select to participate via text message, you will receive a text message directing you to participate in the Promotion via the mobile website. The mobile website will be available at http://www.toysrus.com/sweeps. The Instant Win Game Play results will be displayed instantly. Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the Instant Win Game. Winner of the Instant Win game will be provided their prize and instructions on how to redeem their prize. Additionally, you may receive several text messages in response to your original submission, including a message confirming your entry, legal disclaimer and options to receive future promotional messages from any of the Promotion Entities. You’ll receive up to 3 messages per week from an automated system. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Text STOP to 78697 to end. Text HELP to 78697 for help. Consent is not required to buy goods and services. Participating carriers are: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Boost, U.S. Cellular and Alltel. Click the links for full terms and conditions and our privacy policy. Carrier specific charges for text messages may apply, depending on your individual cellular pricing plan, in accordance with your cellular customer agreementn SMS may not be available for all service providers or for all handsets. Cellular phone carrier’s instructions for text messaging may be different. Check your phone capabilities for specific instructions. The text message entry portion of this game works with most U.S cellular carriers and requires a two-way text messaging enabled cellular phone. Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate. Check with your service provider for details. By selecting to play via text messaging, the entrants grant permission to the Sponsor to notify them via return text message and must agree to accept all applicable charges associated therewith. Wireless service providers may charge entrants for each text message, including any error message that is sent and received in connection with the Game, based on the applicable wireless service plan. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes associated with placing an SMS entry. Sponsor in its sole discretion may add or delete a cellular carrier at any time, without notice.
4. MAIL IN: To enter without purchase, hand-print your name, age, street address, city, state, zip code and daytime phone number on a plain 3×5 inch paper. Mail your completed entry to Realtime Media, Attn: Ultimate Wish Sweepstakes Entry, 200 Four Falls Corporate Center, Suite 100, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries. No responsibility is assumed for (i) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind or (ii) any incorrect data contained in any sweepstakes entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than November 23, 2013 and received by November 30, 2013 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Each mail-in entry received will earn ten (10) additional Sweepstakes entry per person, per day throughout the Promotion Period.

ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: Throughout the Promotion Period there will be various methods in which additional entries may be earned, as detailed below:

Entrants who make an eligible purchase from The Great Big Toys“R”Us Wish Finder will earn ten (10) additional entries per item purchased throughout the Promotion Period.
Entrants who provide their mobile phone number for the Mobile Opt-In will earn one (1) additional entry. Limit of one (1) additional entry, via this method of entry, per person, per email address throughout the Promotion Period.
ONE2MANY: Entrants will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries through the One2Many program. If sharing via social media, your friend/family member must click on your posted link to access the Sweepstakes. Your friend/family MUST be eligible and complete registration for you to earn one (1) additional Sweepstakes Entry, per person, throughout the Promotion Period.

RETURNING USERS: Returning Players can log in by simply filling in their email address and clicking the “Submit” button. Entrants are able to earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win gameplay per day throughout the Promotion Period.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS: There will be a maximum limit of up to Two Hundred (200) total entries available per person, per email address throughout the Promotion Period.

PRIZES, DRAWING & ODDS OF WINNING: A total of One Hundred Eighty Three (183) prizes will be awarded, as detailed below. One (1) Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be selected in an electronic, randomized drawing conducted on or about December 2, 2013, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One Hundred Eighty Two (182) Instant Win Winners prize winners will be awarded. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend on number of eligible entries received. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion entries received and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant plays the Instant Win Game.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize stay is $3,000, airfare is $2,000. Grand Prize Total ARV is $5,000.00

GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Actual prize value depends on the location of the winner’s residence and dates of travel.Travel must be redeemed for travel within one year from the promotion end date (November 27, 2013- November 27, 2014) or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. This prize is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Confirmation of travel dates will only be provided 30 days prior to the departure date. Beaches Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prize winner from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within their chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates. A processing fee of $25.00 per room, per night double occupancy will apply to each prize. Payment by either credit card or check is to be made upon receiving hotel confirmation or the reservation will be cancelled. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for any transportation not specifically noted in these rules. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s discretion. If winner and guest cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be chosen. Winner and travel guest must travel from a major airport closest to the winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner and travel guest’s responsibility. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be taken on a date of the Sponsor’s choosing. If winner and guest cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost or mutilated tickets and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. The hotel accommodations and airline tickets will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If any portion of the prize is not available for any reason then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Guest must complete and return a publicity and liability release at least ten (10) days prior to departure. If guest is the child or ward of the winner, winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child or ward. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not listed herein as part of the prize including, without limitation, ground transportation (other than that specified above as included in prize), luggage fees, souvenirs, meals and beverages outside of the resort, miscellaneous hotel expenses, and gratuities, other than at hotel, are the sole responsibility of winner.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will receive prize notification via email and/or phone call. Each potential winner of a prize valued at $600 or more will be sent, via email and/or overnight mail, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release and an IRS W9 Form. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Realtime Media within five (5) days of date of issuance. The potential winner then and only then becomes the “winner.” If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing.
PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/per household. Instant Win Prize Winners are also eligible to receive the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.Entrants that are discovered during prize verification to have entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter more than the stated limit will be disqualified at the discretion of the administrator, or will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries made by any means, which subvert the entry process, are void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, photograph and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation in any and all media now known or hereinafter without territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law). By entering, entrants agree that Promotion Parties and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, successors and/or assigns and their advertising and promotional agencies shall have no liability for, and to release and hold all such parties harmless from, any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Promotion. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate, modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion and award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor, should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. Promotion Parties are not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, and all of his/her entries, who tampers with the entry process. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in. DISCLAIMER: Promotion Parties shall not be responsible or liable for entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such entries will be disqualified. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these official rules and by all applicable laws and all decisions of the judges which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the official rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Promotion Parties; and (iv) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Promotion Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from any liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, bodily injury, death, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity), costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the entrant’s participation or inability to participate in the Promotion, (b) typographical errors in the official rules or any Promotion promotional materials, (c) acceptance or possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use an prize (or any component thereof), (d) any change by any company or any other person providing any of the components of a prize due to reasons beyond any of the Promotion Parties’ control or as otherwise permitted hereunder, (e) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Promotion, (f) human error, (g) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of the entry (including, without limitation, the entry information or any parts thereof), (h) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Promotion site or any telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Promotion Parties or by an entrant, (i) interruption or inability to access the Promotion, any Promotion-related web pages, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (j) any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion, (k) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (l) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of any of the Promotion Parties, or any of their agents or employees, or (m) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any one or more of the Promotion Parties.
