DIY Halloween Mummies
I seen my friend make these and post a picture on facebook and I just had to ask her if I could post it and show all of you. She was happy to let me share how she made them and share her picture of the mummies she made. She made these for her daughters class. The following are the directions she gave me to make them.
Use cans from canned veggies or other canned items. Wash the cans, let them dry, then use black construction paper to cover the cans, make sure there is enough to fold over the lips of the cans to keep little hands safe from cuts. Use a couple drops of glue to keep the paper in place, you can use toilet paper or gauze wrapping to wrap around the cans; you can tuck the end under the last wrap or use glue to hold in place, (I found tucking it in works better) and there you go. Then fill with whatever you want. You can also follow these steps for other holidays as well.
**Soon she will be making monsters, pumpkins, and other holiday ones as well such as Christmas themed ones.** These are too cute.
Thank you Margie for allowing me to share this with my Readers.
