Hosted by: SaraLee’s Deals Steals & Giveaways
Sponsored by: Green Giant’s “Raise A Giant” Anti-Bullying Campaign #MyBlogSpark
Thrifty 4nsic Gal is Excited to be sharing this giveaway with my Readers. What a great way to make awareness of Bullying.
Green Giant knows it takes a lot more to raise a healthy child then just getting them to eat their vegetables. Kids these days live in a world that is bigger and scarier than the world we grew up in, and they need help and encouragement to navigate that world with confidence and pride.
Unfortunately one of the hardest things kids have to deal with is bullying. When a child is bullied by a peer it can turn his or her life into a daily gauntlet of fear and anxiety.
How Do You Raise A Giant?
We’re asking parents to write a letter to their kids telling them how special they are and encouraging them to be part of the bullying prevention solution by being a giant. To get started parents can visit our community at the Green Giant “Raise a Giant” Website and read the letters others have written.
Now for the giveaway: One lucky person will win a $25 Visa Gift Card. This is open to US and ends 11/22/2013 @ 11:59 pm est. To enter, Simply do the tasks on the Giveaway Tools widget below and you’re set to have a chance to win!

I really liked reading this. My daughters middle school is really working hard on anti-bullying and had a program called Rachel’s Project come to her school which was created by a parent of a student killed at Columbine. A very serious subject and kids are never too young to learn how bad bullying can be and what to do about it if they see other being bullied.

I liked reading the letters to the kids about bullying. Kids can’t be expected to deal with bullying on their own. It’s our job as adults to speak up for them, and raise them to be strong and caring individuals!
