ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, the NFL Entities (as defined below) and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. HERE’S HOW TO PLAY: Look for an Official Gillette “The Best a Fan Can Get” Game Piece (“Game Piece”) printed on the Promotional Insert packed inside specially-marked packages of Gillette Fusion ProGlide Cartridges, generally available 10/1/13 through 2/1/14, or while supplies last, at participating retailers. With the side of a coin or your fingernail, gently rub off the silver “Scratch & Win” Game Piece area on the Promotional Insert.

If your Game Piece contains an Official Game Message (“Game Message”) which includes the word “You’ve Won,” you are an instant winner of the prize specified (subject to verification and eligibility). To claim an instant win prize, see Rule #4.

If your Game Message contains an NFLShop.com Bonus Offer, follow the instructions printed on the Game Piece to redeem the offer.

If your Game Message includes the words “see reverse for your coupon”, look for the instantly redeemable Gillette coupon on the Promotional Insert and follow the instructions printed on the coupon to redeem at a participating retailer.

If your package does not contain a Promotional Insert, or your Game Piece does not contain a winning Game Message or if your Game Piece/Message is blank or contains any other message, you are not an instant winner.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To receive a free Game Piece by mail, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Gillette Requests, Department C, P.O. Box 5702, Blair, NE 68009-5702. Limit one request per outer-mailing envelope. VT residents may omit return postage. Requests must be received by 2/28/14. The odds of winning a prize/receiving an offer are the same as stated in Rule #6.

TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE: If your Game Piece contains a winning Game Message, 1) print your complete name, address (No P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/yyyy), plus (optional) daytime and evening telephone numbers on a plain piece of 3″ x 5″ paper and 2) mail (by regular, certified/registered or overnight mail) along with your entire original Game Piece containing the complete Game Message (after making a copy for your records) to: Gillette Claims, P.O. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: Unclaimed/unawarded Instant Win (Grand, First, Second, Third and Fourth) prizes will be awarded in a second chance drawing from among all eligible entries received. To enter the second chance drawing, visit www.gillette.com/BestAFanCanGet beginning 8:00:00 AM ET on 10/1/13 and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the entry form and submit your entry into the second chance drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 3/14/14. Limit one second chance drawing entry per person per day. A person can only use one email address to enter. Second chance drawing (if applicable) will be conducted on/about 3/24/14 by Administrator (defined below), whose decisions are final.
