CALIFORNIA OLIVE COMMITTEE ‘PERFECT PIZZA SWEEPSTAKES’ PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.

By participating in the California Olive Committee ‘Perfect Pizza Sweepstakes’ Promotion (“Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters.

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION: This is a Promotion for the sweepstakes of one (1) grand prize “Perfect Pizza Sweepstakes” prize pack. By entering, each unique entrant will be entered to win one (1) “Perfect Pizza Sweepstakes” prize pack containing (1) Artisan pizza board, (1) Mini strainer, (1) Stainless steel pizza cutter, (1) Can opener, (1) branded reusable bag, (2) cans black ripe olives, (2) cans green ripe olives, (1) Black and White Pizza recipe card. Total prize value: $100.00.

2. TIMING: The Promotion will start at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Daylight Time [“PDT”]) on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 and end at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, October 15, 2013.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older at time of entry, and who have access to the Internet. Entrants must be a registered user on Facebook to be able to participate in this Promotion. Employees, officers and members of the California Olive Committee and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, other entities involved in the development, implementation or fulfillment of the Promotion and the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister and those married to or living in the same household of the foregoing) are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Go to https://www.facebook.com/CaliforniaRipeOlives and follow the entry directions therefore and enter all other required information. All entries must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, October 15, 2013.

Only one (1) entry per person per email address per 24-hour period. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. The time stamp used in connection with the Entry Landing Page will be used to determine date and time of receipt. Sponsor will not otherwise verify receipt of entries.

Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes for free by the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) by hand printing his/her first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, telephone number and email address, on a plain 3” X 5” paper and mailing the entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope, to: *COC “Perfect Pizza Sweepstakes”, Attn: Jake Ferguson, 500 Capitol Mall, Suite 1850, Sacramento, CA 95814.

No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per stamped envelope. All mailed entries must be postmarked by October 15, 2013 and received no later than 5 business days following the postmarked date to be included in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or postage due entries. Limit one (1) entry per individual, per day.

5. 5. DETERMINATION OF RECIPIENTS: Subject to each such person’s compliance with these Official Rules, a winner will be chosen at random to receive the “Perfect Pizza Sweepstakes” prize pack as part of the Promotion.
