REGULATION. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF
ENTRY.
1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION:
The Mrs. Dash®
READY, SET, WIN! Game (the “Sweepstakes”) is conducted on
Facebook, and begins on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”)
and will end on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to
comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of B&G Foods, 4 Gatehall
Drive Parsippany, NJ 07054 (the “Sponsor”) and the decisions of Netplus Marketing Inc.,
718 Arch St Suite #400S Philadelphia, PA 19106 (the “Administrator”) whose decisions
shall be final and legally binding in all respects. The Administrator is limited to the following
responsibilities : winner drawings at random, winner contact, re-drawings as necessary and
prize fulfillment. The Mrs. Dash®

endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook nor Crock-Pot®
. You understand
that you are providing your information to B&G Foods and not to Facebook or Crock-Pot®
.
Information submitted in connection with the Mrs. Dash®
READY, SET, WIN! Game is
governed by the B&G Foods privacy policy that can be viewed at
http://www.bgfoods.com/int_privacy.asp. In case of a conflict between the B&G Foods
privacy policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of
Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees,
officers, and directors of Sponsor, Sweepstakes prize suppliers, and each of their affiliated
companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, retailers,
printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials,
their advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and any and all other companies associated
with the Sweepstakes agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their
immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to
enter or win. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All
entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Mrs. Dash® Facebook
page at https://www.facebook.com/Mrs.DashRecipes and click on the Sweepstakes tab.
You can only enter the Sweepstakes through the application located in the Sweepstakes
tab. As a part of your entry, you must “Like” the Mrs. Dash® page via the Sweepstakes
application and allow the Sweepstakes application access to your full name, email address,
and date of birth. You will then be able to play the READY, SET, WIN! Game to earn entries
into the Sweepstakes. Timeline post comments, post likes, post shares, Timeline tags,
Page comments, and Page messages do not count as a valid entry in the Sweepstakes. By
participating and allowing the application, the participant agrees to these Official Rules.Mrs. Dash® READY, SET, WIN! Game Sweepstakes Rules
Entries made by any other individual other than the person named in the entry, or by any
entity, including but not limited to commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or
entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Tampering
with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entries
deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be
void. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of
the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account
holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access
provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entry materials
submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
The Facebook server will be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this
Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures
destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole
discretion, and to award the prizes based on eligible entries received prior to the
cancellation.
Sponsor is not responsible for problems downloading or uploading of any Sweepstakesrelated information to or from the web site or for any other technical malfunctions of
electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware
or software failures, phone lines, failure of any electronic mail entry to be received by
Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the web
site, or any other technical problems related to web site entries including telecommunication
miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected
communications which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO PLAY: LIMIT: Up to three (3) game plays per calendar day per person. A
calendar day is defined as the time between 12:00 a.m. ET and 11:59 p.m. ET. Participants
play by pressing the spacebar (or onscreen button) to stop a moving tile. The tile on which
the player stops indicates the number of entries into the Sweepstakes the player has
earned. There are also special tiles that, if selected, increase the number of entries a player
has earned. After the player’s first play of the calendar day, the player will have the option
to share the game to play again that calendar day. After the second play of the calendar
day, the player will have the option to share a featured Mrs. Dash® recipe to play for a third
time that calendar day.
5. SAMPLES: Seventy-Five Thousand (75,000) Taco Seasoning Mix Packets and FiftyFour Thousand (54,000) Chili Seasoning Mix Packets will be available during the
Sweepstakes Period. All players who participates in the READY, SET, WIN! Game will
receive a sample, up to 75,000 players or while supplies last. LIMIT: One (1) Sample per
person and per household during the Sweepstakes Period. Player must hit their
spacebar and land on the “Free Sample” square in order to receive their sample. Or player
may visit the Facebook application from a mobile phone to complete the sample request
form. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator shall have any obligation with respect to samples
that were not requested at the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
