1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. Prizes: Perio, Inc. (“Perio”) will offer Prizes from time to time. Individual contests may have additional or updated rules. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) will vary depending on the Prize.

3. Winner Release: Prize-winner must present identification proving address and age and may be required to sign a release a) permitting reasonable use of name, voice, likeness, and biographical information and b) releasing Perio and their employees from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising directly or indirectly out of the award or use of the prize. The winner agrees to waive any claim of royalty or right of remuneration for any such promotional use. The winner may be obligated to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility. Failure to comply with any requirement of these terms and conditions will result in the winning entrant being deemed ineligible for the prize. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes as well as any additional expenses incurred with use of the prize.

5. All entries, once submitted, become the property of Perio and shall not be returned. Contest entrants acknowledge that by entering the Contest, Perio receives access to certain information on the entrant’s Facebook page. All information accessed or received by Perio will be governed by the Privacy Policies.

6. Perio reserves the right to postpone, cancel or extend the contest dates as deemed necessary.

7. Perio cannot be responsible for an entrant’s inability to complete the required entry whether due to incomplete information or database malfunction, equipment malfunction, timing, transportation, or telephone difficulties. Odds of winning cannot be determined at this time and depends on the number of entries received and the number qualifying in the contest.

8. Who’s Eligible: Contest is open to United States residents and to anyone aged 18 or over, except employees, their families, of Perio or any of the affiliates and agencies involved in the production or distribution of materials for this giveaway. Perio reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated.

9. By entering this Contest, you explicitly agree to forever and irrevocably indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless Perio, their successors and assigns and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental or consequential, third party claims, judgments, injuries, death, fines, penalties, losses, costs, expenses and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all attorney or “expert” fees or costs, which you now have or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to others or to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of the Contest, including transportation and travel, and your participation or inability to participate in the Contest.

10. No substitute will be allowed to claim prizes, no exceptions. All identification submitted to verify a winner is subject to acceptance by Perio in its sole discretion. Identification, which is counterfeit, illegible, tampered with or otherwise altered, will not be accepted. Any prize not claimed within the allotted time period will remain the sole property of Perio. The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed.

11. Winner understands that all prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Perio hereby disclaim all such warranties.

12. By submitting an entry, each entrant understands and grants to Perio permission for his/ her entry to be posted on www.barbasol.com, www.puresilk.com, and Pure Silk/Barbasol social media outlets in perpetuity throughout the world for viewing by visitors to the website. Perio is not responsible for any unauthorized third party use of any entry. Entries will not be acknowledged and will not be received or held “in confidence” and a submission does not create a confidential relationship or obligation of secrecy between you and the Perio or any of their affiliates.
