1. To Play: The Mike’s® Labor Day 2013 Instant-Win Promotion (“Promotion”) begins at
12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on August 21, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on
October 1, 2013 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is divided into six (6) Weekly
Periods (each a “Week”) as outlined in the chart below. Each Week starts at 12:00:00 a.m. CT
on the Start Date listed below and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the End Date listed below.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

To participate in the Promotion, you must first obtain a code. Look inside specially-marked can
or bottle packages of Mike’s Hard Lemonade for a 5 or 6 digit alpha-numeric code (each a
“Code”). Or, to play for free without making a purchase, visit www.mikescodes.com, during
the Promotion Period, and follow the instructions to obtain a Code. Limit one (1) free code
request per day/per email address. During the Promotion Period, you may play the Promotion in
one of the following manners:
(a) Online: Go to www.mikescodes.com (“Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions
to enter your Code and play for a chance to win an Instant-Win Prize (also a “Play”).
(b) Scan QR Code: Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to
scan the Promotion quick response (“QR”) code featured on promotional materials at
participating stores with the QR reader application already installed on your phone. You
will then be asked to enter your date of birth, State of residency, mobile number, email
address and Code to play for a chance to win an Instant-Win Prize (a “Play”). To scan a
QR code, participants must have a smart phone or other web-enabled device with a
camera feature or QR scanner and may incur message or data charges from their wireless
service provider for each message sent and received. If you do not have a QR reader
already installed on your phone, type ‘QR reader’ in your mobile device’s application 2
store search field to find available QR readers for your smart phone or other web-enabled
device. You will receive a response which will contain a link to download a QR reader
for your specific device. Standard data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless
service provider regarding your pricing plan. Not all cellular phone providers carry
necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific scanning
instructions. Data service is not available in all areas.
Upon submitting a Play via either method (as described above), you will receive a promotional
message. If your mobile phone, computer or other web-enabled device’s screen displays a
message stating “Congratulations! You are a winner”, you will win the Instant-Win Prize
indicated (subject to verification). If your mobile phone, computer or other web-enabled
device’s screen displays a message stating “Sorry. You are not a winner, you have not won an
Instant-Win Prize”, then you are not a winner of an Instant-Win Prize. For each Play you will
receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. All Plays must be properly received and
recorded by Sponsor’s computer within the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to win a
prize.
All Plays become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of Plays will not be acknowledged
or returned. Limit one (1) Play per person, per email address, per mobile phone number, per day,
regardless of Play method. A “day” is defined as the twenty-four (24) hours between 12:00:00
a.m. CT and the following 11:59:59 p.m. CT. A “week” is defined as 12:00:00 a.m. CT
Wednesday through 11:59:59 p.m. CT Tuesday. Multiple Plays exceeding the limit stated herein
will automatically result in disqualification. Prize will be awarded to the name corresponding to
the wireless phone number from which the Play originated. If you Play via the Website, prize
will be awarded to the name provided within the Play.
