The Pottery Barn Kids Back-to-School Wishlist Instant Win Promotion (the “Promotion”) starts on July 24, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 20, 2013 at 10:59 a.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of a series of independent daily instant win sweepstakes (each, a “Daily Sweepstakes”) and one grand prize sweepstakes (the “Grand Prize Sweepstakes”). Entry for each Daily Sweepstakes begins each day during the Promotion Period at 11:00 a.m. PT and ends at 10:59 a.m. PT on the following day (each, a “Daily Sweepstakes Period”). The Promotion is subject to these Official Rules except as expressly stated otherwise. Each Daily Sweepstakes Period begins a new Daily Sweepstakes, and prior entrants may enter again in that Daily Sweepstakes and the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, as further detailed below. Entries from one Daily Sweepstakes will not carry over to any subsequent Daily Sweepstakes. The Promotion is sponsored by Williams-Sonoma, Inc. through its brand, Pottery Barn Kids, 3250 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94109 (the “Sponsor”).
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the start of the Promotion and who satisfy all other eligibility requirements contained herein or under applicable law. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor, the “Administrator” (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their “Immediate Family Members” (as defined below) and/or “Household Members” (as defined below) of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of the Promotion, “Household Members” shall mean those people, whether or not related, who share the same residence at least three months a year and “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter the Promotion: To enter a Daily Sweepstakes: (1) access the Pottery Barn Kids Facebook fan page website at www.facebook.com/potterybarnkids (the “Website”) during the applicable Daily Sweepstakes Period; (2) click the “Like” button to “like” Pottery Barn Kids on Facebook; (3) then click on the Pottery Barn Kids Back-to-School Instant Win tab; (4) follow all instructions to fully and accurately complete the entry form; (5) review a list of Pottery Barn Kids merchandise and select items for your wish list; and (6) submit the entry form and wish list to receive one (1) entry in the applicable Daily Sweepstakes. When the Facebook permissions box opens, you must click yes to allow the application to access your information described in the box. A separate form page will appear where you will be required to input your name and email address to complete your entry in the Promotion. You will not be automatically entered into the Promotion by only clicking on the “Like” button. The order of these steps may vary. By entering a Daily Sweepstakes each entrant will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
Limit: Only one (1) entry per person in each Daily Sweepstakes and one (1) entry per person per Daily Sweepstakes Period in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes (other than Referral Entries (as defined below)). Only one (1) Daily Prize (as defined below) or one (1) Referral Prize (as defined below) per person and one (1) Grand Prize (as defined below) per person.
