2. SELECTION OF WINNER: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about September 5, 2013, by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided on each winner’s registration.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Keurig Brewer Starter Kit containing a K75 Platinum Brewer, Carousel & 3 Boxes of K-Cups, not to exceed a cash value of $300. Odds of winning depend upon the number and content of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of August 1, 2013, except officers, directors and employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

5. VERIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Prize winner will be required to sign affidavits of eligibility and liability releases and, where permitted, publicity releases. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable. If prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsor’s discretion. Prize winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of her/his name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian.
