THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY TO legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The “ThermaCELL August Appliance-A-Day Giveaway” Online Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) August 1, 2013 and ends 11:59 pm ET on August 31, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Who Is Eligible: Legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of The Schawbel Corporation/ThermaCELL (“Sponsor”), and each such entities’ respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, ward, daughter or son) or members of the households of each (whether or not related) are not eligible. Additionally, employees, officers, directors and agents of the E-Z-GO Division of Textron Inc and the North America Media Group and each such entities’ respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, ward, daughter or son) or members of the households of each (whether or not related) are not eligible.
How to Enter:
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE THERMACELL WEBSITE, FAN PAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
(A) Random Drawing Sweepstakes
Beginning 12:00:00 am EST on August 1, 2013 until 11:59:59 pm EST on August 31, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), you may enter the Sweepstakes in any of the following ways: (a) online at http://www.thermacell.com/mosquito-repellent/hunting/promotions by completing and submitting the online entry form as instructed (limit one online entry per day per valid email address), or (b) hand printing your name, complete address, email address, phone number (area code included) and date of birth either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: ThermaCELL August Appliance-A-Day Giveaway, The Schawbel Corporation/ThermaCELL, 26 Crosby Drive, Bedford MA 01730 (the “Mail-In Address”). Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm EST on August 31, 2013. In order for online entries to be valid, entrants must click on the “I am 18 years of age or older” button (indicating you are 18 years of age or older) and the “I have read and agree to the official rules” button (indicating your acceptance of all terms of these official rules) on the online entry form. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before August 31, 2013 and received by Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 pm EST on August 31, 2013. Limit one (1) entry per person per day per stamped outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced or hand-stamped entries or mailing labels or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void and will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. Proof of mailing, in person submission, or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. A purchase will not increase chance of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
By entering the Sweepstakes at the Sponsor website, you consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about ThermaCELL and/or Schawbel products. You can opt-out of receiving offers from Sponsor at any time and opting-in does not impact your chances of winning. The information you submit with your entry shall be governed by, and you agree to, Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at http://www.thermacell.com/legal. Emails regarding the ThermaCELL August Appliance-A-Day Giveaway should cease by one month after the contest ends, if not sooner.
