PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sun-Maid Back-to-School Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Sun-Maid Growers of California (the “Sponsor”) and begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 24, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2013 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion will be divided into one hundred (100) daily periods (each, a “Daily Period”). Each Daily Period will begin at 12:00 a.m. PT and end at 11:59 p.m. PT that same day.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household, whether or not related) of the Sponsor, The Regan Group, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and parties engaged in the development, production and distribution of Promotion materials (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, visit www.raisinyourpower.com and click the Promotion tab and register for the Promotion by completing and submitting the registration form by providing your first and last name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code), date of birth, and e-mail address (each, a “game play”). After successfully submitting the registration form to receive a game play, you will immediately receive a potential winning or a losing message. All game plays must be received by the end time of the applicable Daily Period to be eligible. Limit of one (1) game play per person using only one (1) e-mail address per household per day throughout the entire Promotion Period. Use of any automated or robotic system or other method inconsistent with the Official Rules to participate or gain game plays is prohibited and will automatically result in disqualification and voiding of any prize claims associated.

PRIZES (200) (Two (2) per Daily Period): A Digital Tablet. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $350 each. The total ARV of all prizes is $70,000. All federal, state, and local taxes (if any), will be the responsibility of the winners. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitution for any prize or any element thereof will occur except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit of one (1) prize per person for the entire Promotion Period.

PRIZE ALLOCATION & NOTIFICATION: Two (2) prizes will be randomly assigned to a specific time during each Daily Period throughout the Promotion Period. The odds of winning a prize depend on the date and time of participation. The participant who, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, first submits a valid game play on (or the first person who submits a game play after that time if no one submits it at that time) the randomly pre-assigned specific times will be eligible to win the prize assigned to that time. If a participant is a potential winner of a prize, they will immediately receive an email notification informing them of the prize and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, tax form and, where legal, a publicity release (collectively, the “Eligibility Documents”) for receipt by Sponsor within ten (10) calendar days of date of issuance. If a potential winner cannot be reached within ten (10) calendar days from the first notification attempt, in the event of noncompliance within the above stated Eligibility Documents time period or with these Official Rules, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes will be sent to the prize winner’s address that the winner provided on the Promotion registration form. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Office Rules, prize will be forfeited. Allow 4-6 weeks for verification and shipment/arrangement of prizes.

GENERAL: Sponsor is not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, not received, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, or garbled game plays or claims; or (ii) failure to receive game plays or claims due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, Internet Service Provider (ISP), servers, access providers, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or recipient; or (iii) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website and assume no liability for damage to participant’s or any person’s computer resulting from participating in the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning game play will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of game play. “Authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question.
