Promotion Period: The Dove® Flip for Freshness Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 22, 2013 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on August 30, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Play: During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.dove.us/Products/Bar-Body-Wash/flip-for-freshness.aspx and log-in with/enter your email address and fill in all required registration information and follow the on screen instructions (the “Game Play”) to find out if you are an Instant Winner (“Instant Win Chance”). If you are not an Instant Winner, you will have the opportunity to receive a Sponsor-selected digital product coupon while supplies last. Limit (1) digital product coupon per person. The digital coupon is only available on the first non-winning Game Play. For purposes of this Promotion, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the first “day” of the Promotion (July 22, 2013), which begins at 12:00 p.m. and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and the last “day” of the Promotion (August 30, 2013), which begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET. All Instant Win Chances must be complete by 12:00 p.m. ET on August 30, 2013. Limit one (1) Instant Win Chance per person/e-mail address per day. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. Automated Instant Win Chance, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible. All Instant Win Chances must be complete to be eligible. All Instant Win Chances become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who 18 years of age and older as of date of Game Play. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (the “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) and Approximate Odds of Winning: Instant Win Prize (50 total): One (1) $25 Sponsor-selected gift card and Sponsor selected Dove® bar soap and body wash (max ARV: $41.60 each). Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize: 1:1,600. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/household per day. All Instant Win Prizes will be mailed to the winners approximately 8–10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion to the mailing address included at time of registration. Any unclaimed/unredeemed prizes or prizes returned as undeliverable will not be awarded. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize is nontransferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.
