Who Laid a Finger on Bart’s Butterfinger Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Who Laid a Finger on Bart’s Butterfinger Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are physically located therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Nestlé USA, Inc., Ryan Partnership, LLC, Threshold, LLC, Dailey & Associates, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation , ePrize, Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee (whether related or not) are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”). Sponsor reserves the right to request any documents necessary to verify eligibility.

3. Timing: The Promotion begins on July 15, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 10, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
4. How to Enter: You will need a promotion code (“Code”) to participate in the Promotion. There are two (2) ways to obtain a Code:
a. Purchase a Specially Marked Butterfinger to obtain a Code: During the Promotion Period, visit a Butterfinger brand retailer and purchase a specially marked BUTTERFINGER® king, single or fun size package or a BUTTERFINGER® Bites king size package. Then, locate the Code inside the Butterfinger brand package.
b. Free Code: To enter without making a purchase, you can obtain a free Code on the live Who Laid a Finger on Bart’s Butterfinger Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes tab on the Butterfinger page at www.facebook.com/butterfinger. Click on the “To request a free code, click here,” Hyperlink and enter your email address in order to receive an email containing a free Code.
After you obtain your Code, visit www.bartsbutterfinger.com from your mobile device or visit the Butterfinger page on the Facebook Platform (www.facebook.com/butterfinger) from your computer and complete and submit the registration form, requiring your Code and a valid email address or, look for a Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on the NESTLÉ “Butterfinger” displays at participating retailers. Scan the QR Code using the QR code reader application on your Web-enabled mobile device which will take you to the Promotion entry page optimized for mobile. In order to participate using a QR Code, your mobile device must have a camera, a QR Code-reading application installed and access to the Internet. QR code readers may not be available through all wireless carriers or on all Web-enabled mobile devices. Installation of a QR reader is subject to your mobile device’s compatibility. Once you have scanned the QR Code, follow the on-screen instructions to register and enter your Promotion Code. You will then need to complete and submit the registration form, requiring your Code and a valid email address. Data rates may apply. Please consult your data service provider regarding rate plans. Sponsor does not endorse any particular QR code reader and any download is at the sole risk of the participant. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game. Each Code may only be used one (1) time.
