1. Promotion Period: The Pull the Lever/Saturday Night Lever Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) begins at 11:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 10, 2013 and ends at 6:00pm ET on August 30, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”). There will be two (2) phases during the Promotion Period. Phase one (1) (“Pull the Lever”) begins 11:00am ET on June 10, 2013 and ends at 6:00pm ET on July 24, 2013. Phase two (2) (“Saturday Night Lever”) begins 11:00am ET on July 25, 2013 and ends at 6:00pm ET on August 30, 2013.

2. How To Play: During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Promotion through Pull the Lever (during Pull the Lever) or Saturday Night Lever (during Saturday Night Lever) application on the Hit Refresh tab on http://www.facebook.com/lever2000 (the “Website”), you must fill in all required information and follow the on screen instructions (the “Game Play”) to find out if you are an Instant Winner or Coupon/Offer Recipient (“Instant Win Chance”). If you are an Instant Winner or Coupon/Offer Recipient, you will be required to complete all required registration information. The person submitting the Game Play will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). For purposes of this Promotion, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the first “day” of the Promotion (June 10, 2013), which begins at 11:00am and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and the last “day” of the Promotion (August 30, 2013), which begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 6:00pm. All Instant Win Chances must be complete by 6:00pm on August 30, 2013. Limit one (1) Instant Win Chance per person per day. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. Automated Instant Win Chance, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible. All Instant Win Chances must be complete to be eligible. All Instant Win Chances become property of the Sponsor.

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of date of Game Play. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (the “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

4. Prizes/Coupons/Offers and Approximate Odds of Winning/Receiving a Coupon/Offer: Instant Win Prize 1 (20,000 total): A Sponsor selected samples of Lever 2000 body wash. There is no retail value associated with this prize. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize 1: 1:3. Instant Coupon (40,000 total): $1.50 off Lever 2000 product coupon. Odds of receiving an Instant Win Coupon: 1:2. Instant Offer: Any Entrant that does not receive an Instant Win Prize or Coupon will receive a Yelp.com entertainment suggestion or offer. There is no retail value associated with this Offer. Odds of receiving an Instant Offer: 1:1. Instant Win Prize 2 (200 total, awarded during Saturday Night Lever phase only): A $50 Sponsor-selected gift card. Gift card subject to expiration date and restrictions may apply. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize 2: 1:328. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize/Coupon/Offer per person for the Promotion Period. All Instant Win Prizes/Coupon will be mailed to the winners or coupon/offer recipient approximately 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion to the mailing address included at time of registration or via email. Prizes/Coupons/Offers are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize/Coupon/Offer is nontransferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a Prize/Coupon/Offer of equal or greater value if advertised Prize/Coupon/Offer is unavailable for any reason.

5. Second Chance Drawing: All participants are automatically will be entered into a Second Chance random drawing for any unclaimed Instant Win Prize 1, 2, or Coupons or Prizes/Coupons returned as undeliverable. Second chance random drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., on or about September 6, 2013, from all eligible Game Plays received. Odds of winning a second chance prize/coupon depend upon the number of eligible Instant Win Chances received and number of unclaimed/returned Instant Win Prizes/Coupons (if any). Second Chance Prizes/Coupons will be mailed approximately 12 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.

6. Verification: All winners and coupon/offer recipients are subject to verification of eligibility. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more winning names are determined as Instant Winners or Coupon/Offer Recipients, or more Instant Win Prizes/Coupons/Offers are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to Rule #4, the intended Instant Win Prizes/Coupons/Offers will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified Instant Win Prize/Coupon/Offer claims received. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of Prizes/Coupons/Offers. Use of automated Game Play devices or programs is prohibited. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.

7. General Rules: Return of Prize/Coupon/Offer or Prize/Coupon/Offer notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize/Coupon/Offer will be awarded in Second Chance Drawing. Acceptance of prize/coupon/offer constitutes permission to use winner’s or coupon/offer recipient’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Winners, Coupon/Offer Recipients, by accepting a prize/coupon/offer and all participants, as a condition of Game Play, agree, as applicable, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Promotion, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever, for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Instant Win Chance or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of Prize/Coupon/Offer awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or from any Prize/Coupon/Offer -related activity or for any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the Prizes/Coupons/Offers. In case of dispute, online Instant Win Chance will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Game Play. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Game Play or Instant Win Chance process or the operation of the Promotion or Website; violates these Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Instant Win Chances and administration of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award all Instant Win Prizes/Coupons/Offers claimed prior to the date of cancellation and award the remaining prizes/coupons in a random drawing from among all eligible Game Plays received prior to cancellation. As a condition of participating in the Promotion, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize/coupon/offer awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
