Promotion Period: Dove Great Hair Affair Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 10, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Play Game: During the Promotion Period, visit dove.com/GreatHairAffair (the “Site”). First, you must complete all required information to register, then you must then complete one of the following actions (the “Game Play”) for a chance to be an Instant Winner (“Instant Win Chance”):

Game Play Actions
1 Upload a photo of your beautiful hair (the “Photo”) and write a love note or select from one of the provided love notes onscreen (the “Love Note”). See below for Submission requirements.
2 Pin your favorite hairstyle from the Photo Gallery on Site to your own Pinterest board. (If you do not have a Pinterest account, you can sign up for free at Pinterest.com)
3 Write an online review about one of the Dove Products available on the Site
All content submitted as part of Game Play process will be referred to herein as the “Submission”. Limit one (1) Instant Win Chance per method of Game Play per person per day, for a total of three (3) Instant Win Chances per day. The person submitting the Game Play will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). If you receive an Instant Win message, once your Instant Win Chance is verified, you will either receive an on-screen link to redeem your digital prize or if you have won a Glamour magazine subscription prize, your prize will be shipped on or about January 1, 2014. For purposes of this Promotion, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the first “day” of the Promotion (July 10, 2013), which begins at 12:00:01 PM ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and the last “day” of the Promotion (September 30, 2013), which begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET. All Instant Win Chances must be complete by 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2013. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service or mobile provider will apply. Automated Instant Win Chance, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible. All Instant Win Chances must be complete to be eligible. All Instant Win Chances become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

By submitting a Game Play, your photo Submission may be featured in the Photo Gallery on the Site and you agree to waive any rights you may have to the Submission. In order to receive an Instant Win Chance, Entrants must comply with registration instructions when submitting their Game Play. Photo must be in .bmp, .jpeg, or .png formats and no larger than 5MB in size. Love Note must be 250 characters or less. Entrant must be the only person depicted in the Photo. Online review may be about one of the Dove products you have used or would like to use. The Submission, or portion thereof, must not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate content, or be disparaging to Sponsor, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Submissions must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights. Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the Submission from any source. All Submissions must be the sole, original work of the Entrants (except using provided Love Note or posting a pin on Pinterest from the Photo Gallery). Any Submission or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, inappropriate, disparaging, offensive or contains proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and may disqualify the Entrant. Submission should not contain any third party materials, or otherwise violate or infringe (or possibly infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand (other than Dove). Sponsor may blur or black out the infringing material, in their sole discretion, for consideration to be featured in the Photo Gallery. Submissions/Game Plays become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants and Instant Winners acknowledge and agree that their Submissions become the property of the Sponsor, which thereby has the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use Submissions in any way it sees fit. Automated, script, macro or robotic Game Plays submitted by individuals will be disqualified. Submissions may be posted on the Sponsor’s website, and may be posted on other non-affiliated websites, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By completing a Game Play, you understand and provide license and right for other individuals to share your Submissions on Sponsor-selected social media sites. Any Submission/Game Play not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified.
