NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THERE IS NO FEE TO ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY. WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED IN A RANDOM DRAWING FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: The “e;CARMEX® Glam Giveaway on Facebook”e; (the “e;Promotion”e;) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside the US, in Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Carma Laboratories Inc. (“e;Sponsor”e;), their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfillment agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively, “e;Promotion Parties”e;), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or “e;step”e; of each) and those living in the same households of each (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion) are not eligible to participate.
2. PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD: There are six (6) Promotion periods; eligible individuals may enter in each of the six (6) Promotion Periods:
1st Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on July 15, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on July 22, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
2nd Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on July 22, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on July 29, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
3rd Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on July 29, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on August 5, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
4th Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on August 5, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on August 12, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
5th Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on August 12, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on August 19, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
6th Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on August 19, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on August 26, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s time clock is the official clock for this Promotion.
3. TO ENTER: Eligible individuals may enter the Promotion by visiting the Carmex® Facebook page at :http://www.facebook.com/carmexlipbalm/ (“e;Web Site”e;) click on the Giveaway tab and follow entry instructions on the page. Upon filling out all required form fields, you will be entered in to the Promotion. Limit one entry per Facebook user id per 24 hour period. (Example, if a user enters at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, they can’t enter again until 9:00 a.m. Tuesday.
Each entry submitted in this Promotion is referred to as an “e;Entry”e;. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any Entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Random drawings will be conducted approximately one (1) day after the conclusion of each of the Promotion Periods. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. Winners will be notified by email to the email address provided during the entry submission process. The Prize will be sent to address of winner as provided at time of entry.
5. PRIZES: There will be eight (8) Winners for each Promotion Period (a total of forty eight (48) Winners in the Promotion). Winner will receive four (4) Carmex Moisture Plus® Clear lip balms and a small make up bag.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash equivalent or substitution of any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at and www.mycarmex.com) which are final and binding in all respects. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, with venue with respect to any dispute will be in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
