DIRECTV Everywhere $25K Scholarship Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2013 (“Promotion Period”). The computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”). All questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor (defined below) at the address listed below and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for contacting the prize winners or if the user opts in to receive more information.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees, officers and directors of DIRECTV, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”), Scholarship America, Inc., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, participants release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void outside of the United States and District of Columbia, in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and wherever prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: This Promotion will have two (2) methods of entry, as detailed below. Entrants may only use one (1) of the below methods of entry:

METHOD OF ENTRY #1 – STREAM CONTENT: To enter, visit http://www.directv.com/watchonline (“Website”) or the DIRECTV smartphone application or DIRECTV tablet application during the Promotion Period to gain access to the Sweepstakes. Enter the Promotion by streaming any piece of content (free, premium or DIRECTV CINEMA® title). For each stream, entrant will earn one (1) entry into the Promotion. There is no limit to the number of entries you may earn during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Winners will be contacted through the email address that is linked to their DIRECTV account.

METHOD OF ENTRY #2 – ONLINE: To enter online without streaming content from the DIRECTV website, visit http://www.facebook.com/directv(“Facebook Website”) during the Promotion Period and “Like” the DIRECTV Fan Page to gain access to the Sweepstakes entry form, if you haven’t done so previously. Next, click on the “DIRECTV Everywhere” Tab to participate. Enter the Promotion by completely entering the correct information on the registration form (required fields include: Full Name, Email address, and Date of Birth) with your true and correct information. There is no limit to the number of entries you may earn during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry, as detailed above. Winners will be contacted through the email address that is provided on the registration form.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be known hereafter as “Eligible Entries”.

3. PRIZE, DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in an electronic, randomized drawing conducted on August 1, 2013, from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on number of Eligible Entries received.

GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which will consist of one (1) college scholarship, valued at $25,000*.
*Prize can be gifted to another person
*Prize will be put into a fund managed by Scholarship America and held until the child who’s named on the account turns 18 years old
*DIRECTV will cover up to eighteen (18) years of account management fees with Scholarship America. Upon completion of eighteen (18) years, the winner will have the option of continuing to pay the account management fee of $100.00 per year with Scholarship America.
*Student recipients may arrange with Scholarship Management Services, a division of Scholarship America, to pay the award over multiple years.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $25,000.00
