BLOOMINGDALE’S “SHOPPING SPREE SWEEPSTAKES” OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR
WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR
CHANCE OF WINNING. These Official Rules govern the “Shopping Spree
Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”), which is offered by Bloomingdale’s By Mail, LTD
(“Sponsor”).
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am, EST on June 28, 2013,
and ends at 11:59 pm, EST on August 3, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries
must be received prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and
District of Columbia, who are least eighteen (18) years of age as of date of entry, except
employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and such
employees’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household.
Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.bloomingdales.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”) to
complete and submit the “Official Electronic Entry Form,” which will be available at the
Sweepstakes Site during the Sweepstakes Period. Enter online as often as you like during
the Sweepstakes Period but mechanically duplicated or automated entries are not
permitted. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and cannot be
returned. The Sweepstakes Site is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
