1 Description. The Tuckernuck and Gretchen Scott giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins at 7:00 pm EST on June 17th, 2013 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on June 24th, 2013 (the “Giveaway Period”). By participating in the Giveaway, participants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Tuckernuck, a division of Uscoop, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Receipt of a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 2 Eligibility. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be 21 years or older at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia). All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. In addition, all Entrants must LIKE Gretchen Scott Designs (the “Co-Sponsor”) on Facebook. 3 How to Enter. To enter, go to www.Facebook.com/shoptuckernuck (“Sponsor’s Facebook Page”) during the Giveaway Period and complete the Entry Form in its entirety. Incomplete entries and those containing invalid e-mail addresses will be disqualified and removed from the Giveaway. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON THROUGH EITHER THE SPONSOR’S OR CO-SPONSOR’S FACEBOOK PAGE. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all of an entrant’s entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In addition to entering directly through Sponsor’s Facebook Page, you have the opportunity to receive a free item from Gretchen Scott Designs by referring friends to enter the Giveaway. Specifically, you will receive one free item after 1o friends sign up for the Giveaway through Facebook Page completes a Giveaway Entry Form. NO LIMIT ON NUMBER OF REFERRAL ENTRIES. 4 Winner Selection. At the end of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) winner from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail. 7. Privacy Policy. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to the collection and use of their information in accordance with Sponsor’s and Co-Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants understand and acknowledge that they are providing information solely to Sponsor and Co-Sponsor, and not to Facebook®.
