Promotion Period:The Win Like A Superhero Game (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 13, 2013 and ends at 12:00PM ET on July 12, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Play: During the Promotion Period, if you are a Dove Insider member, visit www.Doveinsider.com or http://m.dove.us/dove-insider/default.aspx via your mobile phone (collectively, the “Website”), log-in with your email address and follow the on screen instructions (the “Game Play”) to find out if you are an Instant Winner (“Instant Win Chance”). You may be required to provide your mailing address at the time of registration. If you are not a Dove Insider member, you may register on the Website first to become a member and then continue with the Game Play described above. For purposes of this Promotion, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the first “day” of the Promotion (June 13, 2013), which begins at 12:00PM and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and the last “day” of the Promotion (July 12, 2013), which begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 12:00PM . All Instant Win Chances must be complete by 12:00PM on July 12, 2013. Limit one (1) Instant Win Chance per person per day. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. Automated Instant Win Chance, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible. All Instant Win Chances must be complete to be eligible. All Instant Win Chances become property of the Sponsor.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are Dove Insider members, 18 years of age and older as of date of Game Play. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (the“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) and Approximate Odds of Winning: Instant Win Prize (300 total): Three (3) Sponsor selected Dove Men+Care products (max ARV: $15.00 each). Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize: 1:94. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person for the Promotion Period. All Instant Win Prizes will be mailed to the winners approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion to the mailing address included at time of registration to become a Dove Insider member. In the event the winner’s mailing address was not collected at the time of registration to become a Dove Insider member, Instant Win Prize winners will be notified via email and will need to provide his/her mailing address within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize is nontransferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.
Second Chance Drawing: All participants automatically will be entered into a Second Chance random drawing for any unclaimed Instant Win Prizes or prizes returned as undeliverable. Second chance random drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., on or about July 25, 2013, from all eligible Game Plays received. Odds of winning a second chance prize depend upon the number of eligible Instant Win Chances received and number of unclaimed/returned Instant Win Prizes (if any). Second Chance Prizes will be mailed approximately 12 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.
Verification: All winners are subject to verification of eligibility. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more winning names are determined as Instant Winners, or more Instant Win Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to Rule #4, the intended Instant Win Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified Instant Win Prize claims received. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Use of automated Game Play devices or programs is prohibited. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.
