COLUMBIA AND WHO ARE REGISTERED MEMBERS OF FACEBOOK.COM AT THE TIME OF
ENTRY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, CANADA AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
No Purchase Necessary. The Sweet Baby Ray’s Summer of Sauce Giveaway is open to legal
residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, who are physically
located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia, and who are registered members of
Facebook.com at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”). Membership to Facebook.com is free. Void in Puerto
Rico, Canada and where otherwise prohibited. Employees, directors and officers of Sweet Baby Ray’s
(“Sponsor”), GY&K Antler Agency, LLC (“Administrator”), Facebook, Inc., and any of their
respective parent and affiliate companies, advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and household members of the foregoing are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to
all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. CONTEST TIMING/DESCRIPTION:
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on May
17, 2013 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on June 14, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER:
You must be a member of Facebook.com. Membership to Facebook.com is free. If you
already have a Facebook account, log in to your account to enter. If you are not an existing member of Facebook,
you will be required to follow the directions and create a Facebook account. When you sign up for Facebook,
you are agreeing to each respective parties’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. To enter the Contest, after logging
in to your Facebook account, go to the Sweet Baby Ray’s Facebook page at www.facebook.
com/sbrbbq and ‘Like’ the Sweet Baby Ray’s page. To complete the entry, choose your grill tool of choice and your summer
location of choice. Next, fill in your first name, last name and email address and check off the rules & regulations
box once you have agreed to and read the Rules and Regulations. Then, you must hit “enter.” You may also
check the box to opt in to receive future promotional emails relating to Sweet Baby Rays and its products. One
winner will be announced each Friday on May 24, May 31, June 7 and June 14. Entries must be received no later
than 11:59:59 PM ET on June 14, 2013 in order to be eligible to participate. Entrants may submit only one entry
directly through the entry form, but if an Entrant “shares” the contest link through the Entrant’s Facebook
account by clicking the “Share” button on the entry form, one additional entry will be entered for the Entrant.
Entries submitted will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeping
device for the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, damaged, or
misdirected entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to eligibility of an Entry for this Contest.
Sponsor will collect information from the Entrant solely for the purpose of this Contest and to notify winners,
unless Entrant opts in to receive promotional communications relating to Sweet Baby Rays. Sponsor will not
share this information with any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of this Contest or, if
applicable, to send promotional communications about Sweet Baby Rays to those who have opted in to receive
such communications. If a dispute results as to the identity of an entrant, it will be determined that the online
entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the Facebook profile at the time the entry is submitted.
For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the e-mail address that is
registered with the Facebook profile by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for
assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

4. CONTEST GIFT:
Each Friday (May 24, May 31, June 7 and June 14) during the promotional period, the contest Administrator will randomly pick one (1) winner from the eligible entries. One (1) selected “Winner” each week, four (4) winners total, will receive: A year’s supply of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque Sauce, a $200 gift card to make their summer dreams come true, and one (1) gift that matches their summer location of choice from the Summer of Sauce Facebook Application options. (Approximate Total Retail Value (ARV): $350.00)

Once the gift matching to a summer
location choice has been awarded, the winners for the following weeks will be randomly drawn from eligible
entries that have identified one of summer locations that correspond to the remaining gifts.
Winners will be announced on Sweet Baby Rays’ Facebook page and will be contacted by the contest
Administrator to claim their gift package. Winners are not eligible to receive multiple gift packages.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
Gift may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Specifics of the prize are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
