SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Dietz & Watson Block Party Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:01 am ET on March 8, 2013 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 31, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Dietz & Watson (“Sponsor”), The Neiman Group, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and judging organizations (collectively with Sponsor and Administrator, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and/or persons living under the same household are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes shall be construed and evaluated solely according to United States law and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including eligibility requirements.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter by visiting the official Dietz & Watson Facebook fan page at https://www.facebook.com/DietzandWatson. From the Fan Page, “Like” Dietz & Watson (if you do not already) on Facebook®, accept the Sweepstakes Application (the “Application”), and complete the on-screen registration form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2013 to be eligible for the random drawing. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: Winner’s choice of one of the following: a) A Char-Broil® TRU-Infrared™ Grill, Char-Broil grilling accessories & a Dietz & Watson Grillebration prize pack consisting of $150 product (ARV: $400)(; OR b) A $250 gift certificate to charbroil.com and a Dietz & Watson Grillebration prize pack consisting of $150 product (ARV: $400). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize of equal or greater value, if prize becomes unavailable. Gift card is subject to certain restrictions and an expiration date may apply. The winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize awarded.
RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about August 7, 2013. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL RULES: Winner will be notified via email on or about August 14, 2013, and will be required to sign and return, via email/mail, an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, except where prohibited, within ten (10) days of notification before the prize is awarded. If the winner fails to return the affidavit of eligibility within ten (10) days or if winner is deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. If potential winner is not reachable at the e-mail address provided during registration or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is not received by the potential winner for any reason. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the Winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law.
