1. ELIGIBILITY: The Trolli® Evil Twins™ Gummi Candy Instant Win Game #2 (the
“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the
District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of
participation. Eligible entrants who are less than the legal age of majority in their
state of primary residence (a “minor”) must get a parent or legal guardian’s
permission to participate in the Promotion. A minor entrant will be required to
provide parental consent in a form satisfactory to Sponsor before he or she can be
declared a winner and any prize can be awarded. Employees, officers, and directors
of Ferrara Candy Company, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising
and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and immediate
family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible
to participate. Void where prohibited. The Promotion is subject to all applicable
federal, state and local laws and regulations.
2. SPONSOR: Ferrara Candy Company, 1 Tower Lane, Suite 2700, Oakbrook Terrace,
IL 60181.
3. TIMING: The Promotion begins on 6/3/13 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”)
and ends on 8/31/13 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the “Promotion Period”). For purposes
of these Official Rules, a “day” is defined as any consecutive twenty-four (24) hour
time period during the Promotion Period starting at 12:00:01 AM (ET) and ending
at 11:59:59 PM (ET). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this
Promotion.
4. HOW TO PLAY: During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked
package of Trolli® Evil Twins™ (3.5 oz., 4.25 oz. and 7 oz.) or Trolli® Sour Brite
Crawlers® (4 oz., 5 oz. and 8 oz.)which advertise the expired Trolli® Evil Twins™
Gummi Candy Instant Win Game (collectively, the “Participating Products”) and
look inside for a unique 10-digit alpha-numeric game code (“Game Code”). Then,
go to www.EvilEpicTwins.com (the “Website”), if you have not already registered
for the Promotion, you must complete a one-time Promotion Registration, if you
have already registered for the Promotion, you must log-in to the Website by
entering the username and password created during registration. Once you are
logged-in to the Website, enter your Game Code as directed to play the Promotion. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Game Codes redeemed during “Epic Evil Twins Gummy
Candy Instant Win Game #1” are not eligible to be used in “Epic Evil Twins Gummy
Candy Instant Win Game #2.”To get a Game Code without making a purchase click
on “Free Game Code” after logging into the Website. One (1) computer generated
winning time for each prize available to be won in the Promotion will be randomly
generated during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the
Promotion at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential
winner of the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility. At the conclusion
of your Promotion play, you will be informed if you have won a prize (subject to
verification of eligibility) via email at the email address provided during registration
along with instructions on how to claim your prize. If you receive a message and/or
email that contains any message other than a winning prize message, you are not a
prize winner. Limit one (1) online Promotion play per registered user per day.
Entrants may not participate with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may entrants use
any device or artifice to enter multiple times per day or as multiple entrants. Any
entrant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple
identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter multiple times per day will be
disqualified from participation in the Promotion.
If due to printing, production or other errors, more prizes are claimed than
intended, the intended prize will be awarded in a random drawing from all those
submitting purportedly valid claims. No more than the number of prizes set forth in
these Official Rules will be awarded. Game Codes not legitimately obtained and/or
used in accordance with these rules are void. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING
PROMOTIONPLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE
DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A “SCREEN SHOT” IS NOT PROOF OR
EVIDENCE OF A WINNING PROMOTION PLAY AND/OR PRIZE. AN ENTRANT IS NOT
A WINNER OF ANY INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZE, EVEN IF THE WEBSITE SHOULD
SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL SAID ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE
POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND SAID ENTRANT HAS
