The “Where Summer Rocks” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the 50 United States of America (USA), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) only, and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the USA or Canada at the time of entry. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize (as described below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Visit St. Pete Clearwater, BVK, and American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members and any other persons or entities associated with this Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Visit St. Pete Clearwater, 13805 58th Street North Suite 2-200, Clearwater, FL 33760 (the “Sponsor”) and administered by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., 300 State St. Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614 (the “Administrator”).

TWO WAYS TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“EST”) on May 24, 2013 and ends at 5:00:00 p.m. ET on September 3, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Two (2) methods of entry are as follows:

1) Sponsor’s Websites – Eligible Entrants will be able to enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.VisitStPeteClearwater.com (the “Website”) and following the links and instructions to complete the Sweepstakes registration form (which lives at www.WhereSummerRocks.com). Each Entrant will be required to provide his/her full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address. A mobile version of the Website will be made available for those eligible Entrants with SmartPhone capabilities and access.

2) Sponsor’s Facebook Page – Eligible Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes through the Facebook application described below. If a Entrant is not already a member of Facebook, he/she may visit www.facebook.com and follow the links and instructions to become a member.

Once the eligible Entrant has become an active Facebook member, they have the opportunity to enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sponsor’s Facebook page (
http://www.facebook.com/#!/VisitStPeteClearwater) (also, the “Website”). A Sweepstakes tab on the Facebook page will direct Entrants to enter the Promotion by completing the Sweepstakes registration form. Each Entrant will be required to provide his/her full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address.

All entries must be received by the Sponsor by 5:00:00 p.m. ET on September 3, 2013 in order to be eligible. By properly completing the Sweepstakes registration form, the Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, there will be a limit of one (1) entry per person per email address/Facebook account per day, regardless of method of entry. LIMIT one hundred three (103) total entries per person.
