‘Qubo Family Fun’ Sweepstakes Official Rules
ELIGIBILITY:
The ‘Qubo Family Fun’ Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes) is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of ION Media Networks, Inc. (“ION”) and Qubo, along with their parents, subsidiaries, agents, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers, and affiliates (the “Sponsors”) are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Limit one prize, per person, per household.

HOW TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase your odds of winning. Beginning May 20, 2013, at 09:00:00 AM ET and ending December 29, 2013, at 11:59:59 PM ET, eligible entrants will go to www.qubo.com and click on the ‘Qubo Family Fun’ banner to enter the Sweepstakes. To play, entrants must enter their zip code into the zip code finder within the page and fill out the entry form to be eligible for a chance to win. All information submitted must be factually accurate for the entry to be eligible. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. LIMIT: Only one (1) entry per person, per day.

SELECTION:
One (1) weekly Grand Prize Winner. Up to thirty-two (32) Grand Prize Winners total for the run of the promotion. Prize winners will be selected each week in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to that point throughout the run of the promotion. Selection will take place on or about the Monday following each previous week’s promotional run, under the supervision of the Promotions Department of ION, whose decisions are final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. The potential Prize Winners will be contacted by e-mail and officially notified by phone and/or e-mail. The Prizes will only be awarded upon winner validation and verification. If a Prize Winner cannot be notified or located within 48 hours of selection based on the information provided by the Prize Winner, their Prize will be forfeited. In such cases, ION reserves the right to conduct a second drawing and award such prize to an alternate winner. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

PRIZES:
Up to thirty-two (32) Grand Prize Winners will each be eligible to receive one (1) Qubo Prize Pack (ARV $50), which may include all or a selection of the following Qubo branded items: drawstring bag, lunch box, jump rope, bunny bag, t-shirt and DVD. Limit: One prize per person, per household. If a Prize Winner is unable to fulfill Prize requirements during time period or accept Prize, winner forfeits the Prize and no further compensation will be offered. SPONSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS REGARDS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING THE PRIZE. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
