A total of Two thousand five hundred (2,500) Mayhem Ringtones – choice of two “Mayhem Ring” or “Mommy” – for the promotion duration May 17,2013 thru June 30, 2013. T-shirts will be mailed to winners at the address provided by the entrant’s after they are notified of being a potential winner. Ringtones will be awarded via URL link to the Myxer site page providing ringtone download instructions. If winner is unable to accept a prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Limit one (1) prize per email address. Odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the time in which they are received for a given Day. Total ARV of all prizes: $10,000. Allow 4-6 weeks after winner verification to receive prize.
