REDEEMED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Pepsi and Mountain Dew Iconic Summer promotion (the “Promotion”) period begins May
20, 2013 at 12:00:01 p.m. ET and ends August 10, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). From 12:00:01
a.m. ET August 11, 2013 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET August 31, 2013, Participants will be able to continue to redeem for
Merchandise or deposit any unused Icons into the Second Chance Sweepstakes (see Rule 9, below) By participating in
the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and
the decisions of Sponsor (defined in Rule 3 below), whose decisions shall be final and binding and non-appealable in all
respects.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: For one (1) free Code (as defined below)/and a copy of the full Official Rules send your
name and complete address postmarked by 7/26/13 to: Pepsi and Mountain Dew Iconic Summer Promotion, P.O. Box
760016, Dept. 887-700, El Paso, TX 88576-0016. Limit one (1) free request per stamped outer envelope. Limit 10 free
Code requests per day. No self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) is required. No photocopies or mechanically
reproduced requests will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no liability for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected,
mutilated or postage-due mail or requests.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in one (1) of the fifty (50)
United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age (19 in AL or NE) or older at the time of
entry. Officers, directors and employees of PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company, Pepsi Promotions, Inc. (the “Sponsor”),
Jeff Gordon, Jeff Gordon, Inc. (and its officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns), Dale Earnhardt Jr, Hendrick
Motorsports, LLC., and JR Motorsports, LLC (and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and
assigns), the NFL Entities (as defined below), prize suppliers, each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated
companies, distributors, advertising, promotional and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production
or distribution of materials for this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members
(parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) of and/or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether
related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations can participate in this
Promotion on behalf of the group, club or organization.
4. WHERE TO FIND CODES ON PACKAGES: During the Promotion Period, or until supplies are exhausted, whichever
comes first, each specially-marked package of Pepsi-Cola products will include a unique ten (10)-character alphanumeric
code (each, a “Code”).
