After entering your Code, you will receive an on-screen message notifying you whether or not you are the potential winner of a prize. LIMIT: Three (3) Game plays per person each day. A “day” is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at midnight each day during the Promotion Period, except for 5/1/13 when the day will begin at 12:00 Noon ET and will end at midnight, and on 9/4/13 when the day will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and will end at 11:59:59 a.m. ET. Each person may play the Game using only one (1) email address, and such email address may only be used by one (1) person, regardless of whether the email address is shared by two (2) or more people. Any participant who uses more than one (1) email address to play the Game will be disqualified, and any prize won may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of a dispute as to the identity of any participant, the Game play will be declared as made by the authorized account holder of the email address used at the time of participation. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof of Game registration or entering a Code does not constitute proof of delivery/receipt. All submissions become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and may not be acknowledged or returned. Codes will be void if it contains printing, production, typographical or mechanical errors. Sponsor’s sole liability for any defective or erroneous Code is limited to replacement with another Code. By playing the Game, participants agree to be bound by these full Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters related to the Game. All Game plays must be completed by 11:59:59 am ET on September 4, 2013.
WINNER DETERMINATION AND ODDS: The time of day a Code submission is processed and recorded by the Game technology will solely determine whether or not participant is a potential winner. Codes are not used to determine winners. If multiple submissions are received at exactly the same time, the Game technology will assign each a different, next-available, unused time. If no submission is received at one of the computer-generated, randomly predetermined winning times, then the first submission received immediately following such time will be the potential winner of the prize. Sponsor’s Web site computer is the official timekeeping device for the Game. Winning times are randomly seeded throughout the Promotion Period. Potential winners will be notified on-screen and by email at the email address provided upon registration. The receipt of an email does not constitute proof of a winning game play or confirm the recipient’s eligibility as a winner. The potential Grand Prize winner will also be contacted by Sponsor’s fulfillment agent by phone at the number provided upon registration. You are not a winner of any prize unless, and until, your eligibility, game play and compliance with these full Official Rules are verified and confirmed. Screen shots of online prize notifications or e-mails will not be proof of a winning Game play. The winning Game play must register in Sponsor’s computer. ODDS: Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of participants playing and the date and time of each play. Unawarded prizes during the Game will not be awarded. LIMIT: Each participant may receive NO MORE THAN one prize from each of the prize levels. Any prizes won at any prize level that exceed this limit will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an “Xbox For Life” prize package consisting of one (1) Xbox 360 4GB console with Kinect Sensor; ten (10) Xbox Kinect Games awarded in the form of a check in the amount of $600 (based on estimated retail price as of the first quarter 2013) made payable to the winner or to winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence; a 12-month Xbox LIVE Gold Membership; one (1) Xbox 360 Wireless Controller; one (1) Xbox 320GB Media Hard Drive; and $25,000.00 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner or to winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence. The $25,000.00 for future Xbox fun is based on a winner 13 years of age, a life expectancy of 73 years, and an annual inflation rate of 3%, and proposes a new Xbox Console every seven (7) years; five (5) Xbox games each year; and an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership each year for the life of the winner. The actual age of the winner will have no effect in a determination of the value of the prize. TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF THE GRAND PRIZE: $26,150.00.
