This DEWALT Radar Scanner Sweepstakes – 2013 (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by DEWALT Industrial Tool Co., 701 E. Joppa Road, Towson, Maryland 21286 (“DEWALT”). This Sweepstakes will be comprised of four separate entry periods each starting at 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time (ET) and ending at 11:59:59 AM ET as follows: • May 6, 2013 – May 13, 2013 (“Week 1 Entry Period”); • May 14, 2013 – May 20, 2013 (“Week 2 Entry Period”); • May 21, 2013 – May 27, 2013 (“Week 3 Entry Period”); and • May 28, 2013 – June 3, 2013 (“Week 4 Entry Period”) (each a “Weekly Entry Period” and collectively “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of DEWALT whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects. Each entrant understands that they are providing their information to DEWALT and not to Facebook™ and the information provided will be used in accordance with DEWALT’s privacy policy which may be viewed at http://www.dewalt.com/Privacy-Security.aspx. Should there be conflict between the DEWALT’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern.

In this Sweepstakes, there will be a limit of:

• 5 Entries (defined below) per person, email address or Facebook™ account per day in the Sweepstakes Entry Period

• 1 Instant Prize (defined below) per Instant Prize Winner (defined below) — once an entrant is an Instant Prize Winner they will no longer be eligible to receive another Instant Prize in this Sweepstakes

• up to 100 Instant Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes

• up to 100 Instant Prize Winners to be declared in this Sweepstakes

• 1 Grand Prize (defined below) to be awarded for each Weekly Entry Period

• 1 Grand Prize Winner (defined below) to be declared for each Weekly Entry Period

• 1 Grand Prize per Grand Prize Winner — once an entrant is a Grand Prize Winner they will no longer eligible to receive another Grand Prize in this Sweepstakes

• up to 4 Grand Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes

• up to 4 Grand Prize Winners to be declared in this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY : This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S.A. residents who reside in one of the 50 USA states or the District Columbia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in this Sweepstakes. Employees, officers, and directors of DEWALT, Maroon PR, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to enter. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER : To enter the Sweepstakes, each entrant must: (1) visit www.facebook.com (the “Facebook Site”) and log into your Facebook™ account; (2) visit the DEWALT Facebook page at www.facebook.com/DEWALT; (3) “Like” the DEWALT Facebook™ page; (4) click on the Sweepstakes tab on the DEWALT Facebook™ page; and (5) agree to these Official Rules. Once entrants complete these steps, entrants must then click the button to allow the Sweepstakes application to begin. In order to be (a) entered in the random drawing held for each Weekly Entry Period, and (b) eligible to win an Instant Prize, each entrant must complete the application of the DEWALT Radar Scanner as follows: There will be an image of a wall with a hand holding the DEWALT Radar Scanner. Once the entrant clicks the button to run the application, the virtual hand will move the DEWALT Radar Scanner across the wall. As the DEWALT Radar Scanner scans back across the wall a symbol representing the type of material (wood, PVC, live electric, ferrous metal or non-ferrous metal) behind the wall will be identified on the DEWALT Radar Scanner screen. The hand will move the DEWALT Radar Scanner over the material two more times to create a total of three symbols of the materials identified by the DEWALT Radar Scanner. Each time an entrant completes this application, they will receive one entry (“Entry”) for the random drawing to be held for that Weekly Entry Period for a chance to win a Grand Prize. A valid Entry does not require that all three symbols identified by the DEWALT Radar Scanner be identical — even if they are not identical, the Entry will still be entered in the random drawing to be held for the respective Weekly Entry Period. Entries are valid only for the Weekly Entry Period in which they were entered by the Entrant. Entrants must re-enter this Sweepstakes during each Weekly Entry Period in order to be eligible for the additional random drawings (however if an entrant becomes a Grand Prize Winner they are no longer eligible to receive another Grand Prize in this Sweepstakes). Entries will be eligible only for the random drawing held for the Weekly Entry Period in which their Entry(s) was entered.

When an entrant completes the application described above and all three symbols identified by the DEWALT Radar Scanner are identical that entrant will be declared an “Instant Prize Winner” and eligible to receive an “Instant Prize”
